Cashew Bars Brownie [some1in]

120g mentega
60g gula kastor
120g tepung naik sendiri
garam secukup rasa
HIASAN
4 s/b gula icing
2 s/b mentega
3 s/b golden syrup
120g kacang gajus di panggang & tumbuk kasar
1-campurkn mentega dan gula
2-masukkan bhn kering yg telah diayak dan gaul rata
3-masukkan ke dlm tin pembakar berukuran 7"x11" yg telah disapu mentega
4-bakar di dalam ketuhar yg telah dipanaskn terlebih dahulu dgn suhu 200 celcius
selama 15-20 minit
UTK HIASAN
-letakkan semua bhn kecuali kacang gajus ke dlm saucepan
-kacau rata perlahan2 sehingga mentega cair dan bahan sebati
-tuangkn hiasan ke atas brownie dan taburkan kacang gajus.
-potong memanjang (segiempat) setelah sejuk. |

Fudge Brownies [maklang]

1 cup butter, melted
1 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional) (maklang prefer letak choc chip)
Mix cocoa in well with the melted butter. Add sugar, vanilla,
and eggs, mixing well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts
or chocolate chips. I actually prefer the chocolate chips!! Pour mixture
into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for
25 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean, you do
not want to overbake!
Nota : Maklang bakar dengan suhu 180 selama 40'. |
