JobDescription :-

  • Handling inbound calls ande-mails regarding hotel reservation and enquiries.
  • Ensure prompt and accurateanswering of all incoming correspondences with regards to hotel reservation.
  • Process all reservation requests,changes and cancellations by phone, fax, mail, internally and through corporatereservations centre or travel agencies.
  • Good interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • To explain guarantee, specialrate and cancellation policies to callers.


Job Requirements:-

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations Department/Hotel or as a Customer Service /Telemarketing .
  • Computerliterate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiencyin spoken and written English.
  • Excellentlistening and comprehension skills required.
  • Mustable to start immediately.
