JobDescriptions:
- Provide good customer service support by following up to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfactions are met.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Handling incoming & outgoing mails/couriers.
- Provide administrative support to the team members & other employees.
- Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems of showroom to the respective department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
- MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Able to work in Puchong and open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
