JobDescriptions:



  • Provide good customer service support by following up to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfactions are met.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Handling incoming & outgoing mails/couriers.
  • Provide administrative support to the team members & other employees.
  • Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems of showroom to the respective department.
         




Job Requirements:



  • Diploma holder with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Able to work in Puchong and open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
