makan multivitamin. there's a lot so u need to get pharmacist assistance. sebab kita kat sini bukan expert kita tak tau ur allergies.  exercise as that can give u endorphin which is a happy hormone.  sleep according to ur need not want

eat well and what ever u do u must have positive attitude

angin bnyk dalam badan pon faktor utama badan x bermaya... makan la supllement mcm garlic, habatus sauda.. amal kan... insyallah badan cergas balik..

selalunya kat kedai-2 barang islamik la... tapi ada jer... kat kedai- kedai farmasi..tp kena farmasi org melayu la...
pastu kalau jumpa org-2 yg jual kismis makanan sunnah mesti ada... tp jgn beli baraka.. sebab sy rasa baraka tu mcm x berapa jalan...

sy selalu makan yg ini....


harga dia dalam rm 25-30... tp susah nak jumpa yg ni... indon punya..
lagi satu yg ni

ade makcik kat opis tu makan.. katanya badan dia sedap dan cergas...
yg ni harga dia dalam rm60 kot sebotol.. pasal dia mcm cecair.. kalau atas tu serbuk...

pastu try amal makan madu... wife sy makan dengan air panas suam.. pastu sendawa jer..
tp, makan ni kena konsisten.. jgn da baik x makan dah... jd kan supplement...

panjang plak penerangan...
