Ni tanya pakar2  masak kat FNR ni...camner nak masak kupang n resepi kupang yang mana yang paling menyelerakan...bocah dah cari kat archive..cuma 1 resepi jer..:stp:..

masak sambal tumis , masak spageti cabonara, masak lemak cili padi pun sedap...

tp x ramai yg mkn kupang nih... mcm biji k*len**t...:nyorok::nyorok:

kupang goreng goreng....mcm masak udang goreng kunyit..

gaul kupang ngan kunyit + garam sikit...

letak minyak...goreng kupang, make sure dia masak (bila masak warna dia mcm oren2 sikit)...then letak bahan perasa kalau nak..kalau tak nak pun boleh..garam will do...then potong bawang bulat bulat...+ cili merah...siap...makan ngan nasi panas..nice...t

tapi hati2..sbb kupang ni....zat besi dia...tinggi ooo...my mom ari tu lepas makan kupang..tangan naik bengkak..g check dr kata gout...

i nak cari kupang yg ada kulit sekali.. kat mana ek?? bila nengok kat pasar raya diorang dah togelkan kupang dgn kulit dia sekali.. suka makan fettucini seafood marinara with garlic sauce dgn kupang nie..
bila pergi serkam kat melaka tu teringat makan 1 pinggan besar kupang masak cili nie.. dgn nasi lemak.. sluurrrpppp!!!!!!!!!!

kat kl ni sue x pernah lagi jumpa kupang yg diorg jual dgn kulit.. tp klu belah muar & melaka memang bersepah2....

kupang masak cili padi??  tak pernah dengar pun..sedap ker?? camner ngan resepinyer? sama masak cam masak lemak ikan n ayam jugak ker???

masak spageti tu pun macam sedap jer..

masak cili padi pon sedappppp..
nak cari kupang segar yg catz tau...kat muar..jln nak ke tangkak byk yg jual kupang segar tepi jalan...

buat sup pon sedap....
bakar pun sedap...bubuh cheese atas dia..aduhh..cedappp (buang kulit sebelah)

resipi kupang yaneng:

kupang sekilo, basuh bersih, hilangkan pasir...
udang kering -tumbuk kasar
bawang putih chopped
bwg merah hiris
halia chopped
cili boh @ cili serbuk(sesudu sajer, nak pedas lebih)
serai ketuk
daun kari
kicap manis(kalau suka)
oyster sauce
sos ikan
air asam jawa
gula(kalau ada gula kabung siam lagi sedap)
garam

tumis udang kering, naik bau masukkan bwg putih, halia, serai, bwg merah, sampai kuning, masukkan cili boh @ cili serbuk, tumis hingga naik bau....pastue tumis daun kari....(kalau masuk awal, nanti pahit)

masukkan kupang

pastue masukkan oyster sauce, kicap manis sedikit, sos ikan, air asam jawa, gula garam, secukup rasa,kacau...5 minit ajer, hingga kupang dah terbuka, then dah siaplah

inipun yaneng buat trial and error lepas makan kat gerai, selalu order, jadi nak try masak kat rumah, after dah byk kali try, inilah yg paling hampir jadi, udang kering tue kena byk dan kena tumbuk kasar2 baru sedap

aduiii jauhnya nak cari yg segar.. kat pasar2 takde kan.. area kl nie..
biasanya kupang nie dia kena masak berapa minit ek?? kalau tak silap kena sekejap kan..? mcm ketam, sotong, udang nie..?

ader rupenyer resepi tuk kupang nihh...tak biasa masak kupang, thats why la bocah tanyer.. yaneng, u punyer resepi bocah rase nak try arr....mesti hubby bocah suker...hehee:pmuka:

kupang rebus cam tu pund sedapp..
pastu cicah dgn sambal kicap...

selain dari tu boleh jugak kalau masak kuah lodeh campur dgn kupang.

buat sambal kupang....

tapi kena pakai kupang fresh tau.. jgn pakai kupang kering atau yg dah kopek tu.. kurenggg sedap...
