Nak masak tapi patah kaki - simple recipes wanted

nasik ayam. masak guna rice cooker jek.
basuh beras.. letak air secukupnya. masukan halia, garlic. garam. serbuk lada, perasa ayam (optional), klu nak waner kuning sket.. letak serbuk kunyit, mentega (sesudu), beberapa ketul ayam, sedikit sos tiram. klu nak letak kismis pun ok gak. masak spt msak nasik bese. sebelum air kering.. gaul2 kan lagi. bagi rata. |

My sons pun jenis tak makan pedas. Untuk abah dia orang makan dgn cili sos. |

gaul ayam ngan kicap/gula or madu/serbuk lada/butter. (optional : leh letak kentang/carrot dihiris besar2). masuk dlm oven or microwave. bila da masak leh letak tomato. |

My eldest son - 12 tahun. Alhamdullillah he's a good kid - suka memasak pulak tu. Favourite dia is pasta/spaghetti dgn bolognese or carbonara sauce.
I try ajar dia buat nasi/mee/mihun goreng. Tapi dia tak interested - sebab remeh sikit compared to pasta.
So far my diet for the last 2.5 weeks - susu, roti dgn cheese slice. Dah muak sangat - tapi terpaksa jugak sebab nak tambah calcium.
Tak de ke makanan lain yg ada kalsium? Susu & cheese - dah jelak!
Harap-harap x-ray next week shows ada bone growth. Amin.... |

Resipi nasi beriyani ke? So far tak pernah guna oven buat nasi beriyani. Tapi ayam memang boleh bakar dlm oven utk nasi beriyani. |

ayam panggang oja tuh guna oven la. 15 minit jek. siap. tu klo ayam yg dah dipotong dan guna oven kecit la. klu ayam sekor2 ... lama sket. |

Oops! Terlepas pandang.
Menu dinner esok - ayam panggang Seroja (kicap, pepper & butter - mcm sedap je bunyi). Side dish - potatoes & tomatoes. Hiris timun - dapatlah fibre sikit.
Ayam kena suruh hubby jaga sebab tak larat nak tolak & tarik tray dari oven.
Hari ni I goreng ayam, chicken balls, salad and jagung dalam tin. Dah siap dinner.
Frust jugak tak dapat guna dua-dua kaki. Tapi since I tak boleh berdiri lama-lama kat dapur - ramai assistant nak tolong memasak. Its like family activity pulak! |

Lebih kurang mcm resipi Seroja. Saya perap ayam dgn garlic/halia tumbuk bersama garam, madu, perahan air limau kesturi/lemon & lada selama sejam. Kemudian baru bakar dlm oven mcm biasa. Boleh bubuh carrot & kentang sekali. Depends dgn saiz ayam - dlm masa 15 -20 minit dah masak. |

BTW, Anita tak pernah cuba buat sup ikan? Yg tu lagi simple. Bahan2 cuma bawang putih/halia/serai dimayang & rebus dlm periuk bersama sayur asin yg dah dihiris. Bila menggeledak baru masuk sos tiram, gula, dash of pepper & garam to taste. Baru masuk isi ikan putih or fish fillet. Garam jgn bubuh bnyk sgt sebab sayur asin tu dah masin.
PS. Resipi ni menyihatkan sebab tak guna minyak. Kalau suka boleh bubuh serbuk sedikit ketumbar yg dah digoreng tanpa minyak.

Sama macam Nasi Ayam Seroja... Anita can try Nasi Goreng dlm rice cooker.
Guna 2 peket perencah Nasi Goreng Adabi, tumis kejap dalam rice cooker throw in some meat or seafood, masukkan beras sebanyak diperlukan. Tambah air 1 : 1.5 ratio. Swicth the cooker on cook and after 20 minutes boleh add some frozen mixed vege. By this time nasi dah kering just let it stand for 10 minutes... Your nasi goreng is ready! |
