Jaga Body - What is the best way?

Dear Forumers,
To stay fit healthy and have a nice body, what do you do?
I personally believe regular regimented exercise daily for 30 minutes such as brisk walking, jogging or cycling will do the trick. But watch your calories intake as well. Kalau jog 3 km tapi lepas ya makan 6km tak jadi juak......
Kinek tok dah ada craze baru berbasikal, di merata Kuching kita niat urang berbasikal sampei malam pun ada juak berapi kelap kelep jak daknya. I'll stick to my jog for now coz cycling is expensive and dangerous pasal di jalanraya. |

my exercise regime would be....monday...gym: upper body, tuesday...cardio: swimming, wednesday...gym: mid section and lower body, thursday: off day..friday...cardio:swimming...saturday...during d day...swimming...malam gym total body work out....semua dlm 30 minutes....since kamek sik makan extra supplement mcm protein shake/ steroid etc...jd badn bukan mcm budybuilder, tang besar gilak mcm bulldog...yg sedang2 saja. kelak nampak kontot kelak..tinggi gak 5 kaki 7. |

plenty of plain water pun bagus, eat healty. kamek tok dlm proses nak buang rokok..start merokok pun 2 ke 3 tahun lepas...apa tek, sik tahan dgn room mate perokok. tips off d day, jgn makan/minum aik sejuk 30 min selepas workout...ngelembong perut...mun dah dasyat gilak kehausan/kepak ya...minum slow2...jgn sampe habis aik segelas/setin/sebotol. |

Xcercise...Xcercise...nad work your body!!!
Mek nang gi gym at least 3x seminggu, especially cardio class. Do what you enjoy the most, so that kita pun sik berat ati nak xcercise tuk.
Ptg tuk start ada PT session, tp tuk promo ajak so a few times only la. Kelak lepas balit holiday mek sambung balit |

Disk, You will be good if you are able to stop smoking. I stop 9 yrs ago as a promise to my wife after she delivered my daughter who's 9 today. Cold Turkey and did not turn back since. My stamina improve very much and appetite pun jadi boleh tahan, that's why i run daily to keep myself in line. |

agreed. lagikpun, rokok mahal gilak dah . nak start menabung utk anak juak. RM9 sekotak/sehari x 30 hari=270...blom gik tambah rokok time outing mlm2 jd kelawar menyelamat mangsa2 keadaan...mauk dlm 300 ke 350 sebulan utk rokok. mun di save utk education anak...setahun=RM3600,...18 tahun=64,800. byk ya owh... |

take less karbohidrat..maksudnya kurangkan juak makan nasi plus xcercisee... |

disk siney tmpt kitak selalu pergi gym?
kamek pun prefer pergi gym juak esp. cardio exercise
bila kamek mula pindah kat kuching mcm2 tempat gym kami pergi for trial
but i think dewan suarah is the best with complete equipments plus membership & monthly paymentnya murah jak but still havent decide which one to become a member furthermore masa kamek sik cun nak pergi gym lately after all dewan suarah sik bukak on weekends

Sigek gik tip - sebelum makan, minum plain water & makan buah. Lepas 1/2 jam baruk mkn. |
