sy pun buat roti jala ikut resepi yg shida bg tp resepi asal dr Long kan...mmg sedap dan sgt mudah...semudah ABC..heheh




dapat dlm 20-25 keping...sy mkn 3 keping je yg lain hubby habiskan...

First time dalam hidup, try buat roti jala.. saya ikut resepi long..
Kebetulan kuah durian yg breakfast ada, bila masuk sini terus dapat idea nak buat roti jala..
TQ long dan semua kat sini..
Mula2 saya try buat style gulung sebab nampak cantik dan senang untuk anak2 makan tapi tak pandai gulung, tak cantik jadinya..

Saya buat setengah adunan. Ini je yg tinggal bila selesai.. yg lain husband dah ngap masak sy tgh masak..

Ni my roti jala  ..buat bulan 6 ari tu. Bulan posa ni ada kemungkinan nak buat lagi. Resepinya dari website siapa entah.

Resepi tepung: Santan satu cawan, telor sebiji, tepung gandum + air. Blend sampai halus.

Tak guna perwarna sebab my abe tak suka kek or kuih muih yang pakai perwarna. Sooo leceh ~~

Saya niaga roti jala tiap2 Ramadhan...hantar kat gerai mak mentua kebetulan dia ada gerai...so...alang hantar lah roti jala......saya teringin nak tahu macam mana nak buat roti jala yang halus strukturnya.......macam bihun halusnya.........sebab saya pernah terjumpa roti jala yg begitu halus pembutannya....guna acuan apa ya....? saya percaya faktor ini adalah drp acuannya...ada sesiapa yang tahu?

nk dpt jala yg halus, guna acuan besi mcm corong tuh...lubang lak kecik jer....taruk adunan sikit..so dia aka keluar halus2 cantik atas kuali....kalo adunan letak byk dlm corong...kuar la gemuk2...heheheh
