tambahan...diorg tanya..naper kita pilih jawatan yg ditawarkan tuh..
jawab jerlah semampu yg mungkin..
biasanyer kalau private dlm bahasa penjajahler..(bhs inggeris)
kalau gomen bahasa melayu..kalau jawatan biasa2
tp kalau pegawai diorg akan interview dlm bhs inggeris..
bergantung pd penemuduga..

waktu sy tu dia tak tanya pun pasal background...
dia tanya pasal apa2 yg dia suka la... cam saya kena ttg keamanan malaysia....

pasal tu pasal isu semasa.... cam tahun melawat malaysia ker, merdeka ker, keadaan kat somalia ker... cam gitu la... kena tau perkembangan semasa... ni semua jwp dlm bahasa melayu...

bila dia tanya pasal bidang kita... dia tanya dalam bahasa org putih..

last skli ikut suka ati penemuduga tu la nak tanya apa.... beza parit ngan sungai ker, apa2 la.. dia nak tgk daya pemikiran kita sbnrnya....:

Aku cuba on-topic kejap ek...

Aku mula terpikir tadi... kalaulah interviewer tanya.. "What's your strength?"

Why not, korang cakap korang nyer strength ialah physical strength. Pastu citerlah korang nie gemar aktiviti fizikal, aktif, lincah, tak suka malas2 dan workaholic. Aku rasa jawapan tu mesti dapat markah best dari interviewer.

but i think both physical and emotional strength are important.
coz under a pressure u need both of these to overcome what u wouldn't expected.

takut dia ingat kita buat sarcasm pulak -

strength mostly   dalam bidang apa kita strength
thats mostly yang they meant -

such as: in communication ka, in working as a team ka
fast learner ka,   patience ka  etc etc...

yup.. emotional strength pun not bad.. sbb aku rasa selalu orang akan statekan strength dia dari segi positive attitude yg dia ada... padahal physical & emotional pun boleh jadi sebahagian dari jawapan..

some of the tips for job interview guidelines  --

1 - Read the job description and company profile carefully so that you are aware of the job details when an employer calls you about your application. If the job advertisement does not contain enough information, ask the employer for more details.

2 - Remember to write down the name & contact number of the recruiter in case you need to call back later.

3 - Prepare for the interview by finding out more about the company, the job and the industry.


4 - Be punctual for your interview. Bring your resume, transcripts, certificates and relevant documents to the interview.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend the confirmed interview for whatever reason, you must contact the employer beforehand to let them know.

Not informing or attending the interview will create a bad impression about you. This may reduce your chance to secure future interviews with the same company.

5 - Send the employer a Thank You email after the interview.


6 - Follow up with the employer on the status of the interview after two or three days. This shows your interest for the job and may increase your chances of success.

dalam satu file kat document saya --
tadi masa nak cari apa ntah  -  terjumpa
kaboom........  teringat - eh elok gak post

risau laa...aritu dh 2 phone iview...tapi sumer tk dpt sbb tersgt2 la gabra sbb tak jangka diorang nak call...jawab pun ntah apa2....

saya pernah buat phonecall interview kepada candidates saya -
mostly - sebab nak tengok cara depa communicate thru phone -

few things yang important bila phonecall interview ni:
-  suara biar jelas
- jangan bercakap ngada ngada macam kita cakap dengan boyfriend/girlfriend kita
- kalau interviewer speaks in english - reply in english
- dia mungkin juga akan actkan jika dia ada masalah - and how you resolve
thru the phone   (usually yang ni jika post  customer service)
- dia mungkin tanya few personal questions - just like if u have interview
face to face  i.e  why u wanna leave your current job (if u are working),
or how many years experience u have in the field  -  kalau fresh graduate -
dia mungkin tanya - is the location suitable - how you commute to work -
- and as well  why u wanna take that 'post' as your job -  

- jawab dengan teratur - tak perlu cepat - tapi clear -

satu soalan yang saya ingat dulu

huhuuuu... susah nak jawab
kena fikir the right answer ~ apa mereka expect kita jawab

aku dah 2 kali experience interview. apa yg aku prepare langsung dia tak tanya. interviewer tu pulak cakap melayu, so aku bantai cakap melayu je la. abis interview tanya kawan, dia kata interviewer tu bila dia cakap melayu, dia sebenarnya nak test calon samada kita cakap melayu gak atau reply in english. kalau dia cakap melayu, kita kena reply in english. haiiyaa camtu la plak..

tak pernah dengar lak theory cam ni -
kalau dia nak u speak in english - he will interview you
in english -- and expect you to reply in the same language -

soalan2 dari segi language ni -  is not a tricky question -
really straight forward -

yang tricky tu -  seperti -
where do u see yourself 5 years from now
and stuff like that --
yang guna kita punya imagination and common sense
and cleverness --
