xworkout sbb weekdays ai puasa, kalo weekend xpuasa n kalau xbz ai g jalan2 kt tmn je, tp skrg weekend pn ada keje ai beli gym ball ltk kt umah, konon2 nk tone kan body especially pewot yg munceet ni tp seyes kalo ikot instruction dia insyaAllah ley tone up ur body

apa salah nya wani..perbincangan yg sihat...dari merapu tak tentu hala...i sendiri berdiet tapi tetap mkn nasi perday cuma control portion..workout tiap hari laupun 10 min.....hal ni i ada join club sebelah berkaitan hal yg sama..ia byk menbantu...

shahreen,laupun u posa tapi bergantung apa yg u mkn juga,permulaan ambil fiber,protein lastly baru carb..plain water kena cukup...utk perut yg muncit tu..u buat sit up...10x perday..ganda setiap hari ikut kemampuan,atas katil pun boleh buat....permulaan mesti u rasa pening kepala,mual & akn terfikir seksa nya nk kurus....& percaya laa hasil nya u kan dpt selepas sebulan....
