nak kurus tapi....

Dulu me pernah overweight (59.9kg).
Tp lps operate, turun mendadak sampai 47kg.

Now maintain 50-52kg.
Me jenis degil.
Doc. dah ckp, lps operate.. kena rest lama.
Tp 4bln lps operate aku join lumba lari 5km.
Esoknya dan beberapa mggu lps tu sakit teruk huhu.

Eexercise tidak dpt dipisahkan.
Me "starving" utk mengeluarkan peluh
Tiap2 kali lps ofis hour,  singgah ke tmn tasik titiwangsa.
Jog at least 5km (route luar ye.. bkn route dlm).

Selalu la jogging, 3 4x seminggu
Me risau kalu hujan.
Now dah ada treadmill & beskal statik kat umah.. apa lagik?

Nasik 2x sehari mkn.. tak pernah failed haha.
Aku tak takutkan nasi langsung.
Dah lama berat aku maintan nih.. since 2009 lg mcm ni.
Tak target bawah 45kg sbb kalau kurus sgt, tak buleh derma darah pulak huhuuu.

Aku jenis yg tak suka minum teh kurus la, apa2 utk kurus la.. mencik ah dgr,
takyah promote pun takpe.. aku lebih suka wat secara natural heheeeee.

    same goes to me too..i prefer natural way..used to be 70kg..nowadays i'm in btwn 5052kg(depends on what i ate on that week)...

my routine is simple  eat healthily + workout 5-6 times a week...

mknan...nasi ke..roti ke...any carbs..i dont avoid it..just as long as the carbs is full grain...tp kalo dh kluar rumah tu..skali skala..it's ok..cm nasi putih ke..or piza ke..tu occasional...but everyday..it's a must for full grain..

utk protein..i eat most of em..tp mostly..my protein dr ayam..n i dont eat beef sb i dont like the texture...seafood pun i love em...fish..depends on the type...no fishy smell..than i'm ok

for veggie n fruits..these two are must..everyday i aim to have abt 5-6 serving veggie n fruits...kalo tk dpt...cm posa..i will take that total nutrition from cosway (this is the closest one to get full 5 serv of fdruits n veggie though is not that really same what nature could give)

n utk air...plain water is the best..seldom i drink sweetened drink...except in the morning..1 mug of nescafe...n sometimes i take fruit juice with no sugar added...n the other drink that i take..would be plain yogurt drink n also low fat milk

itu saje pattern mknan ku..alhamdulillah..ps dh ade anak sorg..berat ku ttp menten...malah ps 3 bln lps bersalin...berat ku mmg trus menurun ke berat sediakala..

Akak lak.. alah kat kapur tuh.. habis meruam2.. gatal2.. garu tak leh takut kuar stretch marks..

adik akk memang buat.. tiap malam.. ada anak 3 pun perut cam anak dara..  tak de stretch mark sikit pun..

Akk sebelum ni.. 73kg.. dah lah pendek.. cam bola aje.. bulat.. akk jaga makan.. makan nasi sekali sehari aje.. malam makan buah.. kul 7.30 lepas magrib kayuh basikal bodo (statik tuh).. buat workout.. (tengok u tube.. ambik rutin yang mampu kita buat).. sayang pulak aset2 yang ada kalau turun berat badan..

akk start bulan 7 yang lepas.. sekarang berat akk 62kg.. size seluar pun dah tukar 29.. dari 33... akak target 47kg.. biar mcm org merano tuh..

Tak selera makan.. semenjak 2 menjak ni... ala tak nampak pun lagi.. baru hilang air aje tuh.. lelemak tepu.. banyak kat peha dan punggung.. tension aje.. tak pe2 usaha lagi..
