urang malaysia nak berjalan pon malaih,
pi kedai kalau boleh kereta / motor nk parking dalam kedai ...

aaa...kalo ada tempat parking yang selamat ok jer nak jalan2... ini tak, kuar rumah/ kereta je rasa risau takut kena ragut ngn indong bab*, atau penagih....

Aku selalu attend event .. so memang banyak makanan sedap ..

Terpaksa kontrol diri ..

Tapi kalau balik kampung .. memang tak boleh tahan dgn masakan emak .. kerja makan saja

Exercise atas katil 1 jam berapa kalori ilang?

tgk jenis exercise laaa....biasa atas katil aku wat abs crunch....kengkadang aku main triceps extension pun atas katil bila aku malas nak kuar gi gym.....kengkadang push-up [pun aku wat atas katil jer...kalo squat or deadlift or any other compound exercise memey xleh wat atas katil laaa but isolate exercise bleh jer nak layan atas katil kalo malas nak kuar gym.....exercise apa yg ko maksudkan????

badan nih jgn rely sgt BMI,dok tgk berat badan unggul jer tp berat dgn lemak watper......indicator terbaik utk tgk bentuk badan kita adalah cermin.....tgk cermin n nilai sendiri bentuk badan kita adakah kita berpuas ati dgn bentuk,saiz dan kepejalan bdn kita sendiri.......

yang tue mungkin area urban bandar je...tapi yang ni tak kira bandar kampung ulu semua buat




+ atas katil sebelum tidur..... bajet kira senam la tue walau senam tangan

hahaha.. sama lar macam aku, ada orang tanya, kurus pun diet jugak ke, pastu selamba je aku jawab, kurus2 lar kena diet nanti dah gemok gedempol baru nak diet dah tak guna...muncung je orang tu aku jawab macam tuh..hahaha..

org selalu silap paham konsep diet nih,diet nih bukan maksudnya menahan lapar lohhhh......aku pun tgh berdiet tp diet aku tinggi protein n rendah karbo n lemak.......kengkadang aku pelik bila aku jawab aku tgh diet org kata hai badan dah fit camnih pun nak diet ker.......diet ni bukan utk org gemuk jer,org kurus yg nak naikkan badan pun perlu berdiet.......org yg lean n ripped pun kena diet utk menten well-toned body

haa .. tu lar maksud aku, bagi aku diet ni jaga makan, tengok keperluan kita, bukan menahan makan langsung.. tu lar aku amalkan sekarang, tapi diorang ni tak paham..diorang ingat kalu kurus je boleh melantak  je nak makan apa2 pun, kalu dah gemok baru je wajib berdiet..
