i'm not sure la, sebab tu produk kanada. cuma kicap jer dia import dari malaysia. kalau kat sini, boleh beli kat food basic. ( us ada food basic gak kan? )

Memang ada daun kot ttp org sini tak sebut daun kesum. Kalau bunga kantan tu tau. Daun kesum saya memang tak tau rupa dia. Nanti pergi pasar tani tanya kat penjaja.

kicap punya pasal, next time kalau balik kampung, rasanya nak angkut juga lah. Kicap yg ada kat sini..entah apa apa.. rasa se pelik.
I now use tamari sauce, rasa nya lebih sedap dari product from thailand, indonesia  or china.

Kastam tak periksa ke?

kalau tak taruk cheese, nanti ganti dgn apa? pasal dlm rumah ni pun ada org tak suka chesse. kalau letak light boleh la. tapi lasagna ni mcm banyak pakai cheese kan?

Cheese, kalau tak silap saya cuma di bubuh as topping je. I finished off mine only with fairly thick white sauce and I use lots of butter.

Sedapnya Tillingtan. Saya pernah buat sekali & lepas tu malas nak buat. Tapi saya suka masakan yg ada cheese.

BTW, ni pulak gambar lama. Selalu masak ikan terubuk kukus utk lunch & dinner. Makan dgn cencaluk sedapppppp tak terkata!

mak aihhh kak bai..sedapnya terubuk..tapi tak penah seumo idup steam..mkn ngan cencaluk lak tu...slalu kitaorg bako bersambal...yg ni terubuk fresh ke masin?

Memang ikan terubuk fresh. Biasanya memang makan dgn sambal kicap yg campur dgn cili padi & perahan limau kesturi. Tak taulah teingin nak makan dgn cencaluk. Sampai dua pinggan makan. Punyalah sedap makan. Org rumah pun heran tengok kita makan dgn cencaluk.

Bai...ni yang I tension nih...nak nangis tengok terubuk dengan cencaluk...adoi la Bai....sampai hati engko.. Bila la nak rasa terubuk. Ingat lagi bulan puasa, selalu pi beli terubuk bakar kat pasar malam untuk berbuka. I really miss it.

Boleh ganti dgn ikan lain. Rasanya ikan2 kat overseas sana boleh guna. Dlm buku resipi saya ada sejenis ikan. Diaorg masuk dlm aluminium foil, marinate ikan dgn garam & bahan2 lain termasuk butter. Even yg dlm one tv show siap marinate dgn lemon grass (serai). Lepas tu dia bakar dlm oven. So bila bukak aluminium foil mcm ikan kukus jadinya. Terliur. Mesti salmon sedap masak mcm ni.

Lupa nak cakap saya pernah kukus ikan merah. Sedapppppppp!!! Cubalah.

Saya memang suka makan telur ikan. Telur bawal hitam pun sedap. BTW, saya ada beli corned beef brand Zul. Ni buatan Swak. Nanti saya paste gambar corned beef tersebut. Ttp bukan yg mcm dlm gambar yg mallan paste.
