My day starts with a glass of milk mixed with all plant potein powder, 170gms of yoghurt mixed with organic honey, a mug of hot choco n a small bowl of fruits. I also have a tbsp of my own concoction of honey, garlic, ginger, cider vinegar n lemon juice, all blended up to reduce my cholestrol if i have any n boost the oxygen level in my blood.
It is a must for me to be on the go innmy daily chores. Around 10am i might be having something small like toast of just a bowl of soupy noodle!

i will start my day with a cup of coffee,
but there are days that i want to drink tea,
then later will eat oatmeal or toast if rajin,
and lots of water till i am hungry.
I will only eat one complete meal a day
and there rest is snacking on fruits or some chips.

Kita boleh nampak ..... secara kasar ... nora selalu tinggalkan rayqal...
dia ingat dgn comolot tu boleh ganti masa yg hilang ngan rayqal... ??

someday bangun2 kat muka ada jerawat , lagi sedih ...
alaaaa uols...yg penting..kita happy and redha dgn diri sendiri..itu yg terbaik....
haa lagi satu confident dgn muka sendiri..takyah nak touch up2 pic kan...nak kasik lawa heheheh
eh bila ballik KL..nanti mohh kita keluar makan2..borak2 hehehe

Dengan jejai dia malu cos suami dan dah dalam tangan, dengan nerd dia tak malu cos boipren n tak jumpa dia humble! Nak tunjuk dgn boipren what a humble beginning she n her family come from. Nerd can used the excuse sempena 'visit msia 2014'. Nak ajak org miangmar visit msia, go on the pretext of works n pleasure!

Wah healthy starts too. I suka minum tea jugak. Hibiscus tea, poh tea or green tea! We have so many collections of teas at home!

i hari tu mengamuk , all my tea bags i letak elok2 assortments of teas
yg si laki pulak tak gerti nak ambik elok2 , last2 i buang all the teas
padan muka dia bila cari green tea ke , white tea ke tak jumpa.
i buat pekak telinga dan mata x nampak. but I still have my lipton
tea somewhere else. i pantang org ambik barang then serabut my
barang. bila mata dah tak suka pandang i buang semua . tu dia
jenis baran i.
