aku nak tanya soalan offtopic jap ek... korang mesti bole jawab.

is it compulsory for an audited account of a subsidiary to be dated earlier than the audited account of the parent co? is there any ruling on this?

katakan yg ada masalah untuk dapat kan org yg boleh sign account of subsidiary tu.. bcz the authorised person to sign the account of the subsidiary (together with the statutory declaration) cuma ada dalam malaysia pada lets say 1.6.2006. no date earlier than that! tp audited account untuk parent sign pada 1.5.2005.. atas alasan yg sama. pada tarikh tu jer ada org yg bole sign account tu.. so adakah menjadi satu offence atau kesalahan kalau date account subsidiary tu lagi lambat drpd account parent co atas masalah logistic ni?

cuba cek company act laa.. aku ade satu depan mata nih
tapi malas nak selak....

personally director based oversea bukan alasan yg kukuh utk
delay sign accounts.. fedex kan ade... biasa kitorang courier je
kat diorang utk singing pastu return balik... x yah susah2 naik kapalterbang

wah..cam soalan exam...aku rasa it is not an obligation..sebab subs boleh ditubuhkan at any time either on acquisition or fresh start..yang penting..which period of subs yang kene include dalam parent punya account..sekadar pendapat 20sen aku sepanjang aku study...entah2 msia sama je kot

cara kau tanya ni macam provoke je.. apsal kau ni?  ingat semua orang kat sini at your beck and call ke?

anyway..  apa yang aku tengok ialah kau asyik cakap pasal audited accounts kan?  hallo, suruh la auditors kau tu settlekan..  apa guna bayar diorang mahal-mahal?  tanya je la diorang..  kalau diorang tak tau, confirm tak layak jadi auditor company kau..
dan kalau diorang tak boleh solve,  bertambah le ketak-layakan diorang tu nak jadi auditors korang..

bukan aku tak nak jawab tapi jadi takde mood nak jawab..

x yah gado aaa... gemukkk tu acc senior... bunyik je cam garang sikit tapi
hati baik tu.. :bodek: biasa je kalo acc garang.. aku pun kat opis garang
gak w/pun saiz kecik je.. hahahaa w/pun camtu dia ade gak bagi tips yg lebih
sempoi tapi berkesan

dlm forum mana ada bunyik suara ke ape ke.. so mmg tak tau tone
sebenar org.. sangka baik je laa

saya sebenarnya dah 6 tahun lebih kerja dlm bidan acounting ni..
now jadi akauntan la kat one of the GLC. ut im not doing full sets..because com ni
besar.. so im manage cash, bankand treasury...

now i ambik part time mba (Finance)
ingat nak jadik lecturer..
tapi sayang lak kerja dlm field ni..

lecturer pun ok (tapi skang susah sket nak jadik lecturer ngan masters)
akauntan glc pun ok (stress sikit aaa)

ambik kat UM..
dilemma.. cause kalau nak sambung study sampai PHD
kena berenti kerja.. cause kalau ambik PHD in Finance
my lecturer nasihatkan buat full time 4 years...
kalau berenti kerja nak mkn apa.. lainla kalau kita dah jadi
lecturer kat mana-mana U.. nanti U sponsor..

kalau teruskan keje kat sini mmg tension..
tambah-tambah kalau audit nak masuk..
rasa cam nak nyorok bawah meja jer..
