masa bakar mmg dia naik cantik jer tapi bila dah masak naper jadi leper?

santai di pagi isnin








kali ke empat buat baru crunchy sampai ke pagi maintainya, sebab zaza letak granulated sugar, sebelum ne letak sugar ising lembut cam kapas je di luar. Dalam masih spongy cam masmalow..hehehe

yeyy..smalam dah saya wat pav ni..memang manis walaupun dah kurangkan sugar..tapi saya wat die macam tak keras la..mase meringue tu memang cantik..tapi bile masuk oven..tunggu punye tunggu lame sangat nak tukar kaler die..140c selama 1 jan 30 min..
         then saya stop,biar sampai sejuk then masuk peti sejuk..die ade ooze syrup..tapi tak byk..masalah nye knape luar die tak keras. sticky bile sentuh..dalam mmg lembut..tolong any tips??

ni sama kes mcm ayu la.1st batch buat....ayu buat small size sbb nak play around with my new oven.lgpun xprnh buat so better buat small size dulu kan.masa baked tu cantik je naik.but...1 kesilapan yg ayu tlh buat lps pavlova tu masak,ayu pi bukak pintu oven n kuarkan half tray dr situ....coz nak tgk texturenya ok ke tak.then masuk blk dlm oven n biarkan pintu renggang.pastu la ayu notice my pavlova a bit drop.

bila tnya si pakar aka tuan punya resepi yg ayu refer,dia kata pavlova xsuka pd perubahan suhu.pavlova tu drop maybe sbb ayu kuarkan dia masa tgh panas.patutnya klu nak check pun kena dia dah sejuk skit.masa buat 2nd batch (lebihan adunan yg 1st),hasilnya memuaskan sbb ayu ikut segala pantang larangnya

wah kalau ada PAVLOVA atas andy buffet ni mesti gempak gila... makin meriah ler canddy buffet i... gambor pun nampak berseri seri.. budak suka, mak baoak budak pun suka...

macaron ada letak cream of tartar ke? masa ayu blajar aritu takde lak chef boh CoT ni.ayu buat pavlova takde pun boh CoT.lemon juice pun tak ltk.cuma ltk cuka je.so far ok je

yeay..semalam 1st time rina buat....hehe..base rina alhamdulillah xjatuh....and cik abg kata base rina x terlalu manis..just ngm2 sahaja....rina kurangkan adunan gula(rina xsuke manis sgt..buat macaroon pun rina prefer play with the spread yg kt tgh tuh..)

yg beshnya.... mmg luar dia rangup2 gitu n dlm macam marshmallow ...yummy...sukee sbb berjaya buat manisan yg xbeberapa manis...

cuma satu la...it has been quite sometime rina x main dgn whipping cream...serius terlupa yg jgn whip lama2..nnti dia berketul2 + berair...rina lupee....serious lupa this 1st rule..call2 mak..mmg kene bebel laa ....... so ter berketul n berair rina punya whipped cream...sedih ..siap tapis lagi tuh.......rina pakai jugak whipped cream yg xjadi itu......lega rasa semua yummy lagi...besh..besh..

rina...sama kes mcm ayu la,tóver beat whipping cream.b'ketul2 skit.patutnya masa dah kental tu tak yah beat.tp tgn ni gatal sgt masa tu.isk...

xpe...nx time buat lg.kali ni akan dipastikan tgn x m'gatal nak beat whipping cream tu lebih2
