wa suggest kan.....

pagi biar makan berat...mcm nasi campur atau apa la......

pastu tgh hari tu biar makan kuih atau benda2 yg ringan sikit......

pastu mlm kalau nak makan pun biar benda yg bersup....mcm mee sup ker dan jgn makan benda yg berminyak..........

gerenti lepas ni you all solid molid lepas ni..........

the results we can see in 3 months left.....

kisah benar!!!!!!

wa dulu masa baru start keje........
keje wa slalu outstation. so kesimpulan nye mmg wa asik makan kat hotel jer. nonstop...company sponsor

tiba2 berat badan wa telah naik mencecah 95kilo secara drastic.......
so wa dah merasalah mcm mana jadi orang yg healthy weight ni!!!!

jadi itu lah diet wa selama beberapa bulan utk wa kembali kepada berat badan unggul wa. iaitu 70kilo....

skang wa dpt apa membuktikan mcm mana nak turunkan berat badan sebanyak 10 kilo every month!!!!!!

wa boleh buat apa?????

itu la makanan wa setiap hari.....
pagi makan banyak.....
tgh hari makan ringan2....
malam pun ringan2.....
kenyang apa????

bukan kalau nak diet btul kena la slow n steady meaning dlm sebulan turun dlm 2-4 kg je.. barulah ok.. kalau turun drastik pun tak elok.. lg satu kalau tak mkan nanti, u intend tu makan byk the next time u ambik meal.. so, kena makan tp dlm kuantiti yg skit...
