intake calorie aku buat mase skg 1788 calorie...
tinggi gak kan...
tapi pg2 aku tak mkn, kalau mkn pon mkn sekeping 2 roti...
tgh hari mkn cam biase jer...mkn nasi nasi separuh pinggan 2 kali.. ...

bro wpun intake kalori ko rendah, tp bnyk carbs daripada protein.
biskut dan buah ialah carbs. buah = fructose.
so kalo nk makan banyak buah, tolak ke petang @ tengah hari
makan nasi separu pinggan 2x tu camne?

jgn takut nak makan even bro nak lose weight/fat. tk percaya try baca blog Kevin Zahri. lebih krg sama je ngn aku taip.
u have to eat to lose fat.

ntah ler...dengar2 kalu slh step organ2 bdn bleh rosak, tpai kalu amal dlm j/masa pnjg kot. tapi kalu try utk sebulan cthnya ok kot.

Rasenya dlm bulan puasa ni try atkins diet straight 30 hari lah...

ada ke org nk follow diet aku
ok meh aku kongsi antara diet yg aku amalkan sejak bertahun2 lamanya
huhuhu:

nasi beras perang
daging (australian beef)/ayam (dada shj)/ikan salmon (yg laut punya...sungai hanyir!) - bakar atau rebus
sayur biasa aku makan bayam, kekacang, brokoli, salad
kuah2 ni aku jarang ada la...biasa aku cicah dgn sos cili thai je
biasa pisang, epal hijau ada dlm stok aku
satu lg aku mkn daging/ayam burger (brand darabif)...sbb dia lean dan kurang lemak
tp aku masih mkn dan minum mknn mengarut nih eg: fastfood tp only on cheat day (biasa aku mkn weekend only...weekdays totally clean diet)
so aku akan masak utk di bawak bekal ke opis
air mcm biasalah...whey, soya, susu, yogurt, air kosong...
mkn lah sampai aku bosan...
hahaha
