overweight..sbb bmi 25..normal kena start dr 49kg-65kg..kena buat hiit and pelbagai senaman..jgn ...
itulah...sy rase bermula dari skrg sy perlu cuba pelbagaikan senaman seperti menari,pilates dan sebagainya.dan jaga pemakanan.ade sesetengah diet seperti tidak sesuai dgn sy krn sy mempunyai gastrik.jadi workout adalah satu cara yg paling berkesan utk sy.

dua dua memang susah..tapi nak maintain tu mmg lagi susah ..sbb tu masa diet ni..sy buat diet yg sy boleh enjoy..makan nasi..makan ayam..cheatday..makan kek tp kena senam utk ganti kalori..sbb kalau sekat semua..semua x boleh..nanti dah kurus..melantak mcm org kebulur sbb asik sekat masa diet..

saya share sikit experience masa mula2 first day diet keh..time tu berat almost 70kg..kat office biasanya makan banyak, tiba2 on the 1st day saya makan sandwich telur dgn small pack low fat milk dutch lady je, mmg ada suara2 mcm "eleh toksah nak diet2 la, makan selagi boleh makan" dengan mimik muka ala2 "bajet boleh kurus ke" i just smile back je without replied sebab saya tau goal saya apa, dan saya kena be realistic, berat bukan blh turun dlm masa 2,3 hari..so what i did i just stay focus and be disciplined, jaga makan and workout. tak kisah orang kata apa i won't need to please nobody, am just trying to be a better me and be healthy
masa nak masuk bulan ke-3 org dah start perasan i lose weight and they keep asking me how. u makan apa? kenapa kurus? dah nak kawen ke? haha * asal kurus je nak kawen eh ;p *
on may 2013 ive lost for almost 18 to 20kg, sorang2 member office signed up for gym tehehe and yes, member yang buat muka and cakap macam2 tu adalah 1st person yg pergi gym hihi. honestly, masa ada mulut mengata2 tu, saya terasa juga, i'm human too ada perasaan apa. sedih kawan sendiri tak support. tapi time tu i know i have mission, bila rasa down..saya belek page kevinzahri successful stories tu..berangan kalau kurus kan best..haha
sekarang berat saya 49kg and still dapat soalan2 mcm mana u boleh kurus? u have lost so much weight?! how do u count calories intake? cane nak kecikkan lengan? hihi..and i can say that am happy now i can share some tips and help others to lose weight healthily too..share sikit2 je, ilmu tak banyak so apa yang dapat bantu je..alhamdulillah ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif)
so moral of the story, sis kena tau goal sis apa so that bila orang cakap2 sis boleh ignore je without feeling down, be realistic, stay focus, dont stress up, and enjoy ur journey to lose weight..good luck ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif)

telan ayat sarcastic diorang balik la kan ur frens.hehe
itula. i lost 12kg in 6month. mcm ada member kita kat atas mention, nak kurus/lost weight senang, tapi nak mentain. so in this case, i failed kat part menten. once dah kawin, the rutin changed, mcm culture shock la juga. that's y weight terus naik mendadak kembali kepada asal.

hehe thanks sis..saya ni jenis kuat makan jgk especially benda manis macam cookies and chocs hehe..bak kata kevinzahri, eat your calories dont drink them..rugi2 hihi. saya suka makan but part minum saya amik plain water je about 3.2L ~ 4L everyday..klu nak minum manis pn, i limit myself sekali sehari time breakfast
lunch makan nasi separuh pinggan, lauk takde limit..ayam, ikan apa2 terasa nak makan saya amik dengan sayur2. sotong je saya restrict sikit sbb tinggi calories. balik kerja if lapar, saya akan ratah lauk sahaja..i'll make sure i don't eat anything after 8pm. fast foods saya elakkan, kalau terasa nak sebulan sekali baru makan. saya prefer amik nasi putih dari nasi goreng if makan dekat kedai. malam saya workout sejam, selang-seli buat cardio or weight-lifting..sekarang tak workout hari2, seminggu dalam 2x je
macam sis mesti busy balik kerja buat house chores plk kan so saya assume sis mesti penat kot. tapi yg untungnya sambil2 buat kerja rumah tu, sis secara tak langsung dah buang banyak calories. same thing klu time saya oncall mmg tak lalu nak senam dah. so saya akan buat benda2 simple yang boleh bantu burn fats indirectly. cth: park kereta jauh2 dari office, so kena jalan kaki kan brisk walking je sambil2 amik angin pagi hehe..pastu mcm saya, department dkt ground floor..saya sengaja naik 3rd floor utk ke ladies, guna tangga haha
so far dah 7 bulan berjaya maintain at 49kg..so IMO, to maintain your weight..kena eat clean, control your portions and move your body je. tak semestinya kena buat workout berat2 ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif)

uoll..i tgk the doctors..dia mcm rncangan oprah la..tp doctor2 yg sembang..katanya kalau hari2 makan almond..amalkn boleh kurus..amalkn almond hari2 sebelum makan.. |

rose suri rumah sepenuh masa skrg ni. perh, i never felt this exhausted tau.. masa keje dulu i letih otak. now honestly letih physically. maybe i baru je masuk alam rumahtangga. sebelom ni kurang amek tau bab umah. once jadi wife n full time housewife ni, everything kita nak settlekan..u know.. macam ada je bende tak setel,contoh umah selagi tak clean n tak ikut standard kepuasan ati, selagi tu kita tenyeh lantai tu..hehe..
from morning until nite la chores ni. by the time petang, i dah exhausted sgt, nak cardio.. i tak larat nak cardio threadmill( dulu i hentam level 5 senang je).. sekarang i just kayuh basikal dlm gym tu.. for 30min-45min, then weight training.

aku guna kevin style jaga kalori...now aku dah turun 6 kg dalam masa lebih kurang 8 minggu (2 bulan)...slow and steady...jangan mengejut...sebab kalau mengejut nanti korang dah x larat nak diet tu berat naik balik |

sis stress sangat rasanya ni..pengalaman saya, bila stress berat makin naik..nak turun mmg payah..nak workout pon mcm terpaksa je..buat workout macam2 tapi berat tak turun jgk.
pastu sis kena jaga makan jgk, sometimes berat tak turun bukan sbb kita terlebih makan, tapi sebab terkurang makan and ada nutrien yg tak cukup ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif)

sy pon start diet kira kalori, dengan skipping 2000 kali sehari, now baru turun 5 kg. Banyak kg lagi nak buang nih....nak ambik semangat dari korang semua. |

memula tu memang sakit betis, dengan sakit kt perut. tapi hari2 buat lama2 okey sikit la. sebelum p keje buat 1000, balik keje buat lagi 1000. dulu start dengan 300 kali je. pastu 500 pagi dan petang. now dah up kan lagi 1000 pagi dan petang. seminggu 3 kali sauna. harap2 berkekalan la macam ni.
