2013 FTISLAND 6TH ANNIVERSARY [FTHX] LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR
Please check below for the refund details:
1) Refund for cash/credit card purchase through outlets & on Ground Sale :
- Refund period: 19 November 2013 - 19 December 2013
- Refund Outlets: Victoria Music Outlet (Sungei Wang), Tropicana City Mall, Bangsar Shopping Center & Amcorp Mall
- Outlets Business time: 12pm until 8pm (daily)
- Refund from will be need to be filled together with the original tickets attached. A photocopy of the ticket must be obtained by the purchaser after submission.
(*We will ONLY refund the purchaser with original ticket submitted)
- All cash & credit card transaction will be refunded to purchaser's bank account and no cash refund will be entertained.
- An acknowledgement slip will be given by the outlet as proof of the refund submission.
- Payment will be credited to purchaser's bank account within 45 working days upon from submission.
2) Refund for Internet purchase:
- Refund period: 19 November 2013 - 19 December 2013
- Redtix will send an email to all purchasers to inform of the event cancellation and refund process.
- All refund payment will be credited back to the purchaser's credit card account.
It will take 45 working days for payment to be credited.
- For further queries, you may send an email to βsupport_redtix@airasia.comβ providing the transaction number and the e-ticket attachment.

Aku hantar email hari rabu pagi, until now takde ape2 lagik... ke mmg takyah tunggu reply dari diorang? just tunggu duit masuk account jer ? 45 working days tu...  |

aku nak gi hantar sendirik kat amcorp mall. dorang kan saMDOL. karang ada lak bg alasan x reti nak refund & cakap emel x terima karang

aku kene email sebab tiket beli thru MyFTIsland... huwaaa kalau burn tiket nih, mmg aku nangis 7 hari 7 mlm nih.... aku dah bleh beli tiket pi seoul dengan harga RM578

Klu ko beli dgn MYFT Island ko blh email durang data2 & copy of your ticket. Adik aku dah dpt pun refund dr MYFT Island semalam. KO bukan claim dgn DAOL |

tiket tu aku tak collect dari MyFTIsland lagik... sebab konon2 nak collect mase concert day nanti..
aku dah contact MyFTIsland and diorang informed ticket aku tu diorang dah pass back to Daol, and dalam list of those yg beli thru MyFTIsland tu, aku kene mintak refund direct dengan Daol ... diorang ade bagi instructions, so aku follow sebijik2 la... haram jadah sampai skang tak dapat ape2 pun...
yg aku heran tu, ade jugak yg boleh mintak refund dari MyFTIsland terus... aku plak kene mintak dari Daol ...

On 26/11 MyFtIsland reply email aku cakap diorang dah contact Daol and Daol kate diorang dah buat payment and akan reply email aku on 26/11 jugak ... skali tunggu punye tunggu punye tunggu takde pun email nye..
Harini petang aku baru dapat email dari Daol kate diorang cube contact aku thru my henpon sebab nak tanye cemane aku nak refund tu? Boleh pulak cam tu... padahal aku dah kasik siap2 no account maybank segala untuk diorang refund terus ...
Aku plak harinih dah ade kat Seoul, mmg tak dapek la diorang nak contact aku... so sebenarnye mase konon2 diorang inform MyFTIsland yg diorang dah buat refund kat aku, sebenarnye payment tu diorang tak buat pun lagik .... aku malas nak bersoal jawap banyak, aku cakap je aku kat oversea skang, will not be back in KL for a while, so suh diorang issue cheque je refund masuk account maybank aku... kite tengok brape lame plak diorang amik mase utk isssue cheque tu...

Ades!!! apalah DAOL ni. Sekurang2 email bg taulah method of payment bukan tanya kat ko pula mcm mana nak refund ko. Harap2 ko dptlah blk duit ko. Byk tu RM578. |
