Aku berat skrg 50kg jer...huhu
Aku nk gain weight or mucle...
Rutin aku just push up, sit up, main skipping ,angkat dumbell , chin up,n main bending spring....
Gym mmg x penah pi sbb x de geng lg pon student lg. xder masa....
Hangpa rasa2 boleh naik x weight aku...mean ala2 tough cikit....
Aku ade amik weight gain..2 kali minum sehari....
Konfius weight gain dgn mucle gain apa bezanya.....?
Yg mner satu harus aku amik...
Rileks aa bro. Aku time start dulu around 48, 49 kg. skarang dah 60.

ada sorg tu, berat dia dulu around 50 kg je. pastu dia aim nk gain weight. so dia mkn bnyk2 smpi berat dia 73kg now ( mximum berat ideal dia 72kg ). so perut pn buncit. skrg, dia br nk workout. actually workout for him akan menambahkan berat or mngurangkan ?
what is the best abs exercise for him ( utk hilangkan buncit n dptkan pacs )
what is the best chest exercise for him ( pectoral dia ok, cume nk bg define lg )
utk chest, bagus x dia buat push up 50 times daily pg, ptg n mlm, ke over?

nape dia nk fat in the first place...perlu diigt fat cells cannot be removed....
so menjawab persoalan, tk bgus la situasi camni....huhuhuh.....
kalo nk bulk pn Terry Galloyt bekas mr Asia pernah cakap, kene ada visible 4 packs,
kalo tak, most of the time fat bulking la tu. ramai gak org yg delusional igt da besar muscle tp besar fat, bila cutting berat kembali ke asal. tidak ke mana2 la camtu
