:@ aku sakit ati tul ngan streamyx. modem aku rosak. 13/12/09 aku gi tmnet caw. sg petani kalau2 bley tukar trus modem tu, tp staff dia ckp xleh. aku kena report melalui line 100, then tggu technician dtg. so, 13/12/09 aku pn report thru line 100 (streamyx service centre). 5 hari aku tggu, tp xde feed back. then aku pn pergi la bercuti... tup2.. 20/12/09 ade technician streamyx cal ckp on the way nk ke rumah aku. aku ckp le kat dia swuh tggu aku balik bercuti lps seminggu. then ok la. pastu on 25/12/09 ade org cal utk reset appointment on 26/12/09. so aku pn ok la sbb masa tu aku dh ada kt umah. tp yg aku hangin nya... satu hari tggu, habuk pn tarak! kul 6.30 tu aku cal balik line 100 tu tanya apsal, dia siap ckp dh report kat atasan pasal ni, then ckp techinician tu akan dtg balik on 28/12/09 (tghari). punya la 1 hari mak aku tggu, pn tarak jugak. aku cal lg dr opis, masa tu dh pukul 5.30ptg. dia siap ckp, confirm esok (29/12/09) technician akan dtg sbb aku dh bising2 time tu. mau aku x bising, bil aku jalan, bayar pn bayar. dia kata kalau pukul 2 xde org dtg, cal balik 100. then bill aku bleh claim balik base on report date. so, ari ni 29/12/09 aku tggu lg, smpai kul 2, xde org dtg jugak!!!!!!!! aku cal balik 100. then u'll know what they said???? dia kata aku br buat report semalam 28/12/09, so aku kena tggu sehingga 1hb Jan 2010!!!!!! aku cal bapak aku p tmnet trus, tanya pasai pa jd camni. kt bapak aku pn dia bg jwpn yg sama. aku kena tggu smpai 1/12/10!!!! ade ke ptt staff dia tukar date report aku! bongok! bangang! badigol! bodoh! abih tu selama 3 minggu report aku tu, kira burn sj. maknanya aku xleh claim! :@
p/s: mmg ptt le ada iklan potong!!!

20/12/09 - tehcnician dtg umah, but xde sapa2. so, reset appoinment after 1 week.
25/12/09 - tmnet staff cal to remind me, 26/12/09 tengahari, technician nk dtg
26/12/09 - xde org dtg. 6.30ptg cal tmnet. set time balik. siap ckp confirm nk dtg 28/12/09 tghari
28/12/09 - xde org dtg jugak! 5.30ptg cal tmnet lg. reset appoinment lg on 29/12/09 tengahari.
29/12/09 - xde org dtg lagik! 2 ptg cal tmnet. dia ckp, aku br buat appointment semalam. so, kena tggu smpai 1/1/09! |
