1 kg ubi kentang (di kupas kulit)
300 gm daging (dicincang halus)
20 gm jintan putih
20 gm jintan manis
20 gm lada sulah
50 gm bawang goreng (paket)
2 tangkai cili merah (dihiris halus)
2 tangkai cili hijau (dihiris halus)
4 batang daun bawang (ihiris halus)
3 biji telur (dipukul kembang)
100 gm tepung kentang(potatoe Starch)
sedikit garam dan perasa (mengikut citarasa sendiri)
Untuk menumis:
2 ulas bawang merah kecil
2 ulas bawang putih
sedikit minyak zaitun
Minyak masak untuk menggoreng kentang
Potong kentang berukuran 1/2 cm. Panaskan minyak selama 15 minit diatas dapur. Setelah itu bolehlah dimasukkan kentang. Goreng sehingga kekuningan dan empuk. Setelah masak, boleh di tapis minyaknya. Kentang hendaklah di tumbuk sehingga lumat. Kemudian ketepikan.
Panaskan minyak zaitun. Masukkan bawang merah kecil dan bawang putih setelah kuali panas.Masukkan lada sulah, jintan manis dan jintan putih. Kemudian masukkan hirisan daging ayam. Masak sehingga daging ayam masak. Bolehlah dimasukkan sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa. Gaul sehigga sebati.
Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan tadi ke dalam kentang yang sudah ditumbuk. Masukkan hirisan cili merah, cili hijau dan daun bawang bersama dengan bawang goreng. Gaul sebati.
Akhir sekali masukkan tepung kentang(potatoe starch)dan gaul semula.
Kepal dan bentukkan kentang menjadi bulat dan leper mengikut pilihan anda.Mahu yang besar atau kecil bentuknya.
