aku rase byk sbb, mungkin protein x cukup atau mkn tak tepat masa, tak cukup tido? kekadang isolation exercise (senaman utk bhg tertentu shj) takkan memberi efek yg kita nak, kene jugak tambah dgn compound exercise/powerlift mcm deads, squats dan bench presses. sbb compound exercise akan unlock dan merangsang bdn kita utk menghasilkan hormon yg membina muscle.

kalo dumbbell curl tu 18kg je...wakkaka
