Kadang-kadang kita bangun pagi dengan rasa penuh bersemangat dan kadang-kadang nak bangun dari tidur pun rasa malas. Nak bangun solat apatah lagi bertangguh-tangguh. Ada hari kita rasa gembira sangat dan sangat rajin buat semua kerja. Rajin masak lauk sedap-sedap, dapur dan rumah licin berkilat kita kerjakan. Ada orang puji atau tak kita tak ambil kisah sebab kita fikirkan pahala yang kita dapat buat kerja dengan ikhlas. Tapiiii…bila datang hari ‘kejatuhan’ kita semua benda jadi tak kena. Nak masak kalau boleh goreng telur je, pantang anak buat silap berderet kena marah dengan kita sepanjang hari, berkira nak mengemas rumah sebab penat dan tak ada orang nak hargai. |

Realitinya dalam hidup kita akan sering dilanda ujian dan musibah yang akan mengundang otak berfikir ke arah negatif. Setiap orang tanpa terkecuali pasti akan berdepan dengan pelbagai persoalan dan permasalahan dalam hidup. Disaat hati dan jiwa yang bercelaru, syaitan dengan mudahnya menghasut kita agar lemah, malas, kurang motivasi, letih, lesu dan selalu berprasangka buruk. Cuba bayangkan kalau kita biarkan diri kita terlalu lama ‘negatif’ ini, apa akan berlaku pada kita dan keluarga kita?
Hakikatnya Allah menjadikan semua manusia itu sama yang membezakan kita dengan orang lain ialah keimanan dan cara kita berfikir tentang permasalahan. |

Bagaimana kita memilih untuk bermula pada hari yang baru akan menjadi impak yang besar untuk mencapai satu hari yang baik (semuanya berjalan lancar). Bangun pagi dengan wajah yang ceria, berharap apa yang telah tersedia untuk kita nanti adalah yang baik, teruja dengan segala kemungkinan yang baik yang akan memimpin kita melalui hari dengan baik. Bimbang dengan apa yang kita akan lakukan, bimbang tidak cukup masa melakukannya. Bimbang dengan cara terbaik untuk melakukannya dalam pelbagai keadaan yang berbeza. Dan yang teruk lagi, bila kita telah memulakan satu-satu tugas itu kita terlekat padanya (kerja tak habis-habis dengan masalah).
Bila kita telah bermula, kehidupan cenderung akan memukul kita walaupun kita telah melakukan segala persiapan yang terbaik. Kita harus belajar menerima apa yang tidak dijangka. Segalanya, bermula dengan anak demam dipagi Isnin kemudian menghadapi kesesakan jalanraya ke tempat kerja, kemudian komputer breakdown pulak dan segalanya pada hari itu penuh dengan kejutan (penah mengalaminya?). Bagaimana kita memilih cara untuk berhadapan dengan situasi ini sekali lagi akan mempengaruhi keseluruhan hari itu. Mudah untuk terperangkap dalam suasana negatif dan hilang segala permulaan positif yang kita ada. Bagaimana kita nak kekal positif dan hindarkan negatif bila perkara tadi (atau yang sewaktu dengannya) berlaku? Segalanya tentang SIKAP.
Mempunyai sikap positif bukan trik yang kita boleh belajar dengan membaca buku atau melihat video. Kemampuan kita untuk kekal positif dengan segala apa yang berlaku buka boleh kita beli di pusat beli-belah. Ia adalah pilihan cara hidup yang menuntut perhatian yang besar dan usaha yang berterusan. KIta kenal orang yang sentiasa positif, optimistik dan bertenaga. Senyuman mereka berjangkit dan kita mahu untuk mendapat sedikit dari cahaya mereka. Dan sebenarnya kita mahu jadi seperti mereka - takde ke peta yang menunjukkan jalan ke arah orang-orang yang positif? |

However, if you want more positivity in your life, you have to think more positive thoughts and do more positive things. Positivity does not creep into your life by accident and, if it does, it rarely lasts for long. Doing something you enjoy will raise your spirits and allow you to maintain a positive attitude; all while eliminating some of the negativity from your life.
3. Exercise
Most people think of exercise solely as a physical activity. This is far from the truth. Exercise is just as important for your mental health as it is for your physical wellbeing. A regular exercise regime helps you to release stress from your body while filling your body and mind with positive feelings, confidence and a sense of achievement.
While many people look at exercise in a negative way, it really can bring positive influences to your life. The body’s reaction to exercise is a good one. Adopting an exercise regimen is an essential aspect of positive living as you will feel better and act better.
4. Find affirmations
Affirmations are sayings, verses or other short pieces that have a positive influence. For some people, they are a verse from the Bible or even a line from a greeting card. Affirmations are a conscious effort to make you think positively. Using an affirmation daily can perk up your attitude in an instant.
5. Exploring new things
When you are overcome by negativity, it is easy to avoid trying new things because you fear the unknown. But, if you think about it logically, you are experiencing negativity because your current experiences are not working for you. So, it is highly unlikely that trying something new is going to bring about a worse experience. In fact, if you want to feel better and experience more positivity, it is imperative that you try something different and new. Positive living is greatly enhanced by new experiences and the joy that they bring.
6. Do not walk away from a challenge
Challenges bring growth, opportunity and new experiences. Without challenges, your life would stagnate. Some people like to think that they can maintain the status quo but life doesn’t work that way. If you try to stand still, you will eventually begin to move backwards as life passes you by.
When you take on new challenges, you get the opportunity for new successes which, in turn, bring greater self-esteem and a raised sense of self-worth; both of which are essential components of positive living. Even if you don’t succeed at first, this only increases the sense of accomplishment which you experience when you finally achieve your objective.

We often allow ourselves to be restricted by rules, formal or informal. 8. Visualise
Your imagination is a wonderful thing. Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between reality and imagination. When you imagine yourself living the life of your dreams, your subconscious mind thinks that you really are living that life and, you get the feelings of positivity and pleasure that come from living the life of your dreams. In addition, you will become more confident in your ability to create that life as your subconscious mind will be convinced that you have already done it.
