Akak tengah ratah kulit  lembu masak lemak cili padi, leftover from last Friday.. Kulit lembu dibersihkan dari bulu2, then bakar utk hilangkan terus bulu2nya. Buang juga lemak2 yg melekat. Then rebus dulu sebelum dimasak lauk apa yg u all hajatkan. Kulit lembu ni akak beli kat Pasar Pagi Maeps last two months. Kenyal2 sikit. X pernah dapat beli walau duduk Johor.. Biasa cepat je lakunya..

Akak dah try ambil gambar tapi lepas tu tab terus refresh..

Betul kalau tak pandai buat kuih ni jd keras dan liat. Saya suka yg bahagian tepinya rangup.

Krup.. Krup bahagian tepi kuih tu.  Saya pun dah lama tak makan kuih penganan tu.. Sebab selalu kecewa bila beli.. Tak sedap

Otw nak dihispter kan la tu.. Sekarang ni banyak kuih2 tradisional diubah suai jadi lain plak

Dimodenkan  segala nya..Even as simple as goreng pisang pun, hat cheese tu akak x boleh nak terima ...

Pisang goreng biasa dah sedap.. Knapa perlu nak tambah cheese..hilang rasa asli pisang goreng..

Tapai. Kaka rasa semua negeri pun pandai makan tapai kan. Cuma versi balut berbeza. Ada yang bungkus daun pisang mcm nasi lemak biasa je. Ada yang guna daun pisang juga tali ada selit lidi Kat tengah. Nampak kemas dan cantik.

Ada yang guna daun getah sebutir sebutir. Ada yang guna daun getah setabgkai. Jadi bila siap dibalut, tapai tu jadi Mcm segugus cantik. Sekarang ada juga versi moden masukkan dalam bekas dadih bulat tu. Takde pakai daun dah.

Tak tau mana asal usul tapai ni. Sebab katanya negara negara lain pun ada tapai. Indo pun ada tapai pulut dan ubi.

Betul.. x faham.. Innovation katanya... Tapi pisang goreng saja dah sedap. Skrg ni jgnkan cheese.. Siap topping lagi susu manis atas cheese. Then dicoklatkan lagi.. Orang kata tekak akak tekak kampung. Mcm akak kesah! Yg penting akak suka authenticity dalam makanan & minuman. Juga dalam kehidupan. Aaawwwww!!!
