Sejak PKP IF i kelaut dalam.
Tp xpe, bulan puasa ni hrp dpt la turun barang 2 atau 3 kg.
Berat dah plateu sejak Jan lepas.

kan...baru tulis nak lost 10kg..berangan je ...anyway 1-3kg pun dah ok dah tu...keep it up.

Tiap kali bulan ramadhan mmg i selalu dpt lost weight dlm 3 ke 4kg. Itu x amalkan IF. Skg sbb berat dh plateu spnjg amalkn IF, I hrp dpt pecahkan la plateu ni. Target 3kg max. X nk la lebih. Sbb tahu jenis mkn mcm sundel bolong. Hihi.

Aku  tau psl IF ni setaun yg lepas..member yg ckp bilamana  ngadu bdn rasa berat..Setaun kedian baru terbuka hati nk cuba lps rs bebetul body dh get ready.

Baru lima hari..masih jauh perjalanan. but before that aku dh mula jaga makan, nasik mkn selang sehari..bykkan sayur dn ikan dlm dish..makan buah.. daging x mkn..cut sugar..

so far dh hilang 4 kg..ikut perkiraan apps yg aku install by october boleh dpt balik berat ideal 50s something..

iols pun baru start if balik hari ni

hari tu buat dpt turun 2kg dah tak sedar diri, mendapat la naik blk hihihi

kenapa ek perut ni suka betul mkn wpun dh kenyang

bela saka ke apa tu yg 1 ari leh mkn mcm2 kepek la roti la kek la tart la adoii

i rasa kita semua mmg perlu if seumur hidup koti ok ier if..i buat 20 kam..kdg2 23 jam..kalaunyg 23 jam tu mmg turun btl..tp smgubsekali je yg 23 jam tu sbb i tkt nnti i skt ke apa huhu

I buat IF everday 16 jam. I selalu consume olive oil, pure butter (anchor atau SCS), avocado semasa  ...

sis minum air putih saja kah?

banyaknya turun u..i hari ni hari 43 pantang.berat masa nak bersalin 91.2kg ye.hari ni timbang dalam 79 kg cmtu.i risau gila sebab sebelum pregnant berat dalam 65kg cmtu.i dah buat IF 20 hari dah tapi turun dalam 1kg cmtu je.padahal i menyusu anak full.i sangat stress

jgn stress sis..rilex2 jer..i pun dah xturun sgt dh..i just enjoy jer buat if ni..i rasa kena if smpai bila2 kot..
oh ya sbb i pun agak stress jgk aritu..i if and i mkn oat jer..weekend imkn jgk mekdi ke apa

tu la i dah taknak tengok timbang lagi dah.i rasa perut cepat turun jugak tapi peha dan kaki i macam kaki gajah la.i kena jauhkan pita pengukur dgn timbang sampai habis cuti bersalin i end of november nanti kut.i nak cari semangat tu yang masuk forum ni

I am back.

9/9/2020: Aku start IF dengan berat 68 kg..

3/11/2020: weight reduced cecah 56kg

3/2/2021: 50kg..until now masih 50 dan harapnya kekal utk bulan-bulan seterusnya..

IF masih lagi 16 ke atas...tapi ada jugala masa masanya teragak nak berbuka awal, aku buka jer walau puasa baru 14 jam..

Yg penting, istikomah...

Mmg akan sampai satu tahap plateu..i berat statik dkt 3 bulan jg kekal 56..
then bila i tukar cara pemakanan (sblm tu i mkn bercatu, then masa tukar pemakanan tu i mkn jer apa teragak), exercise pn stop kejap..then mula IF semula..terus turun 4 kg seminggu, then 2 minggu kemudian turun lg 2kg..now maintain 50..

dulu pernah buat IF 16;8....2 thn berat i turun 30kg...start masa berat 96kg turun sampai 66kg...
pastu 2020 i stop sbb pregnant anak no.4...so makan xde control lansung...
tak de rezeki anak no.4 tu iols keguguran...berat naik masa tu dah cecah 76kg dlm masa setahun..

ni baru start balik buat IF, start bulan feb 2021..tapi kali ni i lg tekad dan kental...xamik nasi n sugar at allll!!
coffee hari2 americano style....no cream no sugar!mula2 mmg tak sedap...tp lama2 jadi okay dan bearable...nasi tak ingat last makan bila sbb dah lama tak makan...tp roti wholemeal i makan juga sekeping je sehari..

and i workout juga la...i naik treadmill for 30mins everyday...so far hari2 berat turun walaupon 100gm ke 200gm...

sofar berat dah 60kg, ...target nak sampai 55kg baru nak stop ekstrem IF, nak buat IF santai2 je...
