Bhn kering :
* 2 cwn tpg gandum
* 3/4 cwn dark cocoa powder @ cocoa powder biasa
* 2 sk baking powder
* 1 + 1/2 baking soda
Ayak bhn bertanda *
1 cwn gula castor
3/4 cwn gula perang
1 sk garam halus
* campurkan kesemua bhn di atas...
Bhn basah :
3 bj telur (A)
1 cwn buttermilk ( 1 cwn susu + 2 sk cuka @ lemon jus) , biarkan setengah jam ....
3/4 cwn minyak jagung
1 sb nescafe dibancuh dgn 1/2 cwn air panas..
Whiskkan bhn basah td kecuali nescafe...
Slps whisk sebati, curahkan ke dlm mangkuk bhn2 kering td.
Kacau2 biar sekata, kemudian br masukkan air nescafe td...
Sediakan 2 loyang size 7"...
Alas baking paper & bahagikan adunan sama byk...
Bake 160 - 170°c 50-60 mnt.
Choc Cheese Topping :
300g dark choc compound
350ml dairy whipping cream
150g cream cheese
1/2 cwn cocoa powder
Double boil kesemua bhn di atas, kacau2 sebati..
Biarkan skjp & masukkan ke dlm fridge.
Potong setiap kek td kpd 2 layer, jd 4 layer kesemuanya...
Lapiskan setiap layer dgn choc cheese & sapukan di atas permukaan kek...
Hias dgn creativity masing2...
Masukkan ke dlm fridge 2,3 jam sblm dipotong..

APAM GULA HANGUS

Bahan gula hangus :
1 cawan gula
1 cawan air
Cara-cara :
1. Masak gula sampai perang, kemudian tuangkan air dan kacau sebati.
2. Sejukkan.
Bahan apam :
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sb gula
2 sb susu pekat manis
2 sb marjerin
1/2 cawan minyak masak/jagung
2 biji telur
1 st soda bikarbonat
Cara-cara :
1. Blend marjerin, telur, susu, minyak, soda bikarbonat dan gula.
2. Masukkan gula hangus, blend sekejap hingga sebati.
3. Masukkan tepung, blend lagi.
4. Oles sedikit minyak pd acuan dan tuangkan adunan 3/4 penuh ke dalam acuan dan kukus selama 15 minit dengan menggunakan api yang kuat dan lagi 20 minit dengan api sederhana.
