tadi browsing website brain pickings.. baca ulasan pasal buku Anne Deavere Smith..Beliau tulis "Discipline, both mental and physical, is crucial... quite revealing moment because I thought when we talk about discipline ,it is just referring to our act,rupanya mental pun kita boleh disiplinkan...
