ye betul2.. basicnya ialah khasiat dalam makanan.

kalau pasal kalori, orang boleh kata satu fast food burger 500kalori, sepinggan nasi + lauk + sayur pun 500kalori, so kalau makan fast food burger sama je macam makan nasi, makan burger hari2 pun boleh kurus, betul?


Nope, apa je khasiat dalam burger tu, karbo simple (bun), low grade protein (burger), trans fat (goreng), sume khasiat makanan yg tak menyihatkan badan. Macam tu lebih baik makan nasi + lauk + sayur, sebab khasiatnya lebih baik dan memenuhi keperluan utk tubuh kita.

    i ada tgk cosway,ada jual protein lebih kurang rm30++..tu ada promotion..dlm masa yg sama..ada member ambil protein product berbeza,harga boleh thn mahal...katanya ambil protein waktu pagi saja...kekenyangan tu boleh cover sampai tengah hari...lunch pun tak ambil berat sgt...patut laa badan/kulit nya cantik & dia aktif sukan...

assalam & selamat pagi semua...
few days ni memang bz tahap gaban my cousin wedding...baru je selesai semlm...dh mcm wedding planner..hasilnya perfect kerjasama semua...makcik2...cousin2 & the geng2...

apa yg i nk ceta ni...i masih maintain dgn weight...syukur2 yg amat.....cuak juga...coz makanan perghhhhhhh sedap2 belaka...i masih kekal kan kuantiti makanan....lebih kan air putih..mungkin juga faktor joget2....lepas saja habis majlis berinai jumaat...ahad bersanding...ada joget lambak...poco2..hindustan..i hentam saja asalkan keluar peluh...very2 happening...sabtu pagi i sempat jogging 4km coz sementara dewan dibuka utk deco pelamin
