Maaf ya but personally, I am not very motivated by the novel as I was with the song.
The song had its unique beauty even tho we were all aware that the singer had his limitations.
Mainly because of the sincerity that shown thru his voice.
That, ladies and gentlemen was the love that he had for his lady (not his mama)
And we all celebrated that and shared the happiness.
This novel thingy?
Well, it may be what they want to define it as.
Inspired by who, what, when or where....
But  to me (just rotten ole me. My apologies) its smacks of a money making deal .
A lets-grab-it-all while we can thingy.
Anyways, good luck for your latest venture.
I am not getting on the bandwagon for this one.
