Saya pun tgh diet ni. Baru start last week. Badan dah menggajah. Tengah tunggu kaki elok balik boleh pergi swimming or pusing satu stadium bkt jalil ptg2. |

isu awak ni adalah isu sejagat yg sgt normal.
Infact, dlm agama kita.. we have the rights to find happiness.
Happy ni ada banyak2 aspek. Jodoh... when its time u akan bertemu ur true love. Ada yg berkawan lama.. tp end up berpisah. Ada kawen tapi x bahagia. Ada yg lost tercari cari apa yg ble complete life. Kalau nk tulis nnt jd novel pulak.
I baru nasihatkan kawan i. dia kawen atas dasar cinta... dpt anak autism.. ubah segalanya. Hari hari gaduh.. ni dah tarik tarik rambut... kata nak matilah...
Sikap kita, kita ingat apa yg menyakitkan hati kita... tp kita lupa... kita masih hidup xd sakit kronik atau masalah yg extreme.. still semua masalah akan berlalu.. macam angin mengikut masa
Tau x apa kuasa paling hebat? Hope. Bila kita hidup xd hope semua akan jd meaningless.. so never stop praying and yakin dgn Harapan kita
If u like some one, tell them.. if they dont accept it and move on. Afteral.. u belum 60an or kerepot kan.. so.. jgn give up. kalau selalu pakai lipstik merah.. tukar.. tukar color pink, klu selalu pki shawl plain tukar bawal yg floral.. make urself beautiful.. bukan utk org tp diri sendiri. Aura positive kena ada. Go and swim and fly or what ever u wish... just be spontaneous. still apapun stay calm and charming.
And kdg xpayah buat apa apa... just pray and hope. I wish all happiness. |

IMHO, in this life, the best thing to do is to take what we get and make d most out of it...living your life day by day...tak perlu kusut kan fikiran tentang hal2 akan dtg yg belum pasti lagi, rezeki akan dtg tak siapa tau...jgn compare diri dgn org lain, nasib setiap org tak sama....busy kan diri, do things that you like to do...

Janganlah sayu... I just meluah perasaan aje. Sometimes i feel down. Sometimes i ok. Just sometimes i need someone to talk to.
Anyway i try to be more positive now. Walaupun sendu tapi cuba saja. Better late than never kan. |
