aritu ayu mkn pavlova kat delicious bangsar village.texture dia exactly camni....n tgh2 nya kosong.luar dalam crunchy.takde lgsg marshmallow texture.sedap gak sbb rangup kan.tapi bila dah try both,prefer yg marshmallow texture lg cuma hb kata....nx time cuba buat yg crunchy lak.hm...tggu mood nak m'pavlova blk la baru leh try.huhu....

    zaza masak suhu 130 darjah dalam sejam....then dah masak jgn buka pintu sampai pagi esk....baru dia keras diluar dan mellow didalam

sy masak 150 c, selama sejam 15 minit tapi ade bukak2 oven time baked. lepas dh masak tu tak bukak..

dekat serai restaurant@empire shopping gallery subang jaya ade jual sepotong rasenye rm13.90 kot..sedap sangat..tapi kenapa rupe die tak sama macam pics yang kekawan kat sini wat ek..maksud saya yang kat serai saya makan die rase crunchy dan rase lembut di dalam..tapi pic pavlova yang kat sini ade yang macam jadi roti..so,camne nak tau yang pavlova yg dibuat tu menjadik seperti yang sepatutnya?

ini pavlova yg dicuba... guna resepi irma... tp kenapa bila sejuk luarnya jadi lembut? bukan sepatutnya crunch ker. rasa memang sedap. tapi tetap tak puas hati.........
saya masak 130C selama 1 jam......

pavlova ni nampak sedap je lebih tapi rasa die tak de la sedap mana kan..
hari tu try makan kat delicious rm14 harga die tp kecik je..mmg overprice kalau beli kt luar better buat sndri..
