sarapan dgn dinner je masak sendiri.lunch selalu bwk bekal salad pastu carilh ikan or ayam bakar kt cafe. multivitamin tu utk kasi badan kita sihatxbukan gemuk. kalo badan kurus tapi badan letih lemah longlai je pon x cantik gak kan

ooh sy ingat awk beli kat supermarket hypermarket cam tesco jusco tu...tak pun kedai sukan...kat mana la nak cari kedai perabut rotan kat tmpt sy ni...
sy pernah tgk youtube org puteh duk maen hoolahoop ni...ade diorang jual siap bleh cerai2 pastu pasang balik...senang kalo nak travel...

teringin nak mencuba sbb macam best je mmg bleh shape body...

kekeke..belum macam kerengga lagik la mama.. Tapi mula-mula buat, mmg sakit pinggang sebab hula hoop tu berat.. Tapi lama-lama, akan get use.. selalu buat sejam je sehari..

    sejam...je? lama tu poi..mampukah aku.dulu2 masa zaman muda(konon) setakat aerobik 40 min tu takde hal.sekarang, baru aerobik 10 min dah malas.motivasi kureng la...org lain lepas single mingle pasang badan, haku lagi malas lak.
kalau hula hoop plastik yg jual kat giant tu tak leh ke?

mama, zaman 20-an dulu, jogging berkilo-kilo meter pon takpe.. Sekang zaman dah berubah..dah masuk 30-an..hihihi...Metabolisma pon rendah..buat aktiviti cepat letih.. Sejam tu kira ok la..setengah jam hula hoop boleh bakar 200 kalori tu..sejam 400 kalori..hehehe.. Kalau ko beli yg plastik, ringan sangat, cam mana benda tu nak shape kan badan? (teori haku la tuh)..

    wakakaka....sebab tu i tak suka masak nasi kat rumah.selalu utk anak, beli je kat luar so takkan ada nasi lebih.iman nipis, nak wat camne
esok nak puasa...lepas tu insya Allah akan ikut u punya menu..

    a'ah..aku pun xtau betul ke x...tapi lecturer aku dulu dia buncit tau..pastu tiba2 jadi slim..kitorang pun risik2 la kat dia...dia cakap minum air suam lepas bangun tido leh kempiskan perut...pastikan sebelum gosok gigi ye=)..aku nak try tapi selalu lupa..lepas bangun terus masuk bilik air..lpeas mandi semua baru teringat petua...ko g inteview ape?polis ke?

    org cakap kalo diet kalori nnti bile ko makan lebih..berat jadi berganda-ganda...tapi aku tak tau la kebenarannya...aku pun xingat aku baca kat mana n aku xpenah try diet 2..sbb aku jenis makan kerap..kalo sedap aku mkn banyak..haha...

semalam adik aku bawak balik burger KFC..ikutkan aku nak makan yg tengah je...tapi aku terliur tengok cheese yg melekat dekat roti...puas aku tahan...tapi aku tak kuat..mula2 aku mkn secubit je roti tu..pastu aku xsampai hati nak buang...terus aku menyesal sampai ari ni...nampaknye aku kene stat balik...mesti berat aku turun sikit je...kalo turun la...huk huk huk
