Topic of the day is Cheat Meal

Cheat Meal is something that 'unhealthy' meal you are allow to take.

I did my Cheat Meal once a week.
I know some people who active in a gym or exercise, they had cheat meal twice a week.

Cheat Meal is to replace 1 meal in a week to something that you desire .. cth: Chocolate, Cake, Ice Cream, Fried Rice, Nasi Lemak, french fries and the list can be on and on.

Cheat Meal is ONLY to replace ONE meal in a week ... Its NOT cheat day

My favourite Cheat Meal is Nasi Arab and Cake ... so what's yours?

Superfood yg mutia mentioned sebelumnya mostly digunakan sebagai one of the ingredients smoothie.

Cth yg kita makan tetapi tak tahu ianya superfood dan all of these are superfood adalah kunyit, ikan salmon, coconut oil, eggs, sweet potatoes, bee polen

salam,

sorry kinda busy.
berkenaan dgn oat , complex carb yg bagus perlu kita amek, tapi memndangkan selalu sgt amek, timbul pula jemu
baiklah cikpinkish nk kongsikan sedikit resipi oat kampung utk bagi kita kurang jemu.

bahan:
1.) oat
2.) cebisan dada ayam
3.) sedikit ikan bilis
4.) bayam
5.)serbuk lada putih

cara2:

masak oat smpai ianya jd bubur, selepas itu campur dada ayam, reneh sampai naik bau, bole ditambah sdikit ikan bilis sbagai tambahan perasa dan sedikit serbuk lada putih, sikit je dont put to much, tambah kn bayam, agak2 je jgn smpai layu.no salt added ya. siapa yg suke makan pedas mcm cikpinkish bole tambah skit lada kecik. da siap bole hidang n makan

okey sekian sahaja resipi cik pinkish.

Wow..mmg bagus topik ni..tp tak leh joint korum lagi..sekarang tengah preggy...anak no 4..hi..hi..iols ni mmg obses pasal penjagaan badan ni..hope after pantang..can joint u guys here...can't wait..!!! By the way iols tinggi 167cm..berat before preggy around 54-57kgs...pernah cecah 63 kg jugak..hi..hi..berat yang paling berat seumo idup..harap2 takkan cecah dah angka tu...
