saya dh buat pavlova.... sedap cuma manis skit jee..kena kurangkan gula next time..
nak tanya... wipping cream dgn rich wipping cream sama x? biasa yg atas tu korg guna jenama apa yaa?

pavlova ni memang jadi pilihan kalau kena buat dessert last minute..very ez..chocolate pav pun selalu buat

ayu prnh biarkan pavlova dlm oven smpai esok pagi so far ok je texture dia.cuma bila suhu tu dah mula sejuk skit ayu renggangkan pintu oven.hat ni takde la smpai ke pagi.kang tak pepasal ada yg curi masuk ikut celah pintu tu.huhu....

akhirnya berjaya gak buat Pavlova....sekejap je licin semua...
anak2 suka, cuma hubby je tak brp sbb manis...

first time buat, bubuh whip cream yang segera tu ajer sebab kat sini susah nak jumpa whip cream yang halal. Guna yang picit tu ajer, then hias ngan buah peach.. Memang sedap tapi suami tak berapa suka. Dia bagi idea suruh makan ngan ais krim.  second time buat, dia makan ngan ais krim. Anak2 makan ngan whip cream campur ngan fruit cocktail dalam tin..

slalu alas guna apa? klu ada parchement paper,better alas guna tu.tp klu xde,guna baking paper pun ok...klu ayu guna baking paper,ayu buat 2 lapisan sbb takut t'hangus (coz seblm tu prnh tíreng)

    tak lapik ape2 pon sbb sbb slalu lupe nk bli kertas minyak utk lapik...sapu margerin je...mungkin sbb tak lapik kot yg buat pavlova tu hangit

maybe la kot sbb tray tu kan panasnya direct ke bottom pavlova.klu ada lapik at least takde la direct sgt.klu takde kertas minyak pun xpe.guna je kertas 4A yg bersih n ratakan butter/minyak atasnya.

pathetic nya nak buat pavlova. 2x buat 2x tak jadi. bila sejuk, melekat atas kertas minyak. lepas tu 'bantat'. nak tahu, boleh tak pakai cuka masakan ?

whipkan sampai kembang,pastu tu letak icing sugar sikit..letak atas pavlova.,senang je. biasa toppig i letak blueberry,strawberry nak lawan manis pavlova tu..

biasa i sapu tepung kat kertas minyak atau foil,supaya tak melekat.

macam mana boleh bantat?u whip sampai kembang tak?nak check kembang ke tak,u terbalikkan mangkuk tu,kalau tak jatuh,ok la tu.
