dari gobok with love..

KEK BATIK

1 bungkus biskut marie

1 bar buttercup
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 tin susu pekat (ikut manis masing2)
1 cawan air panas
1 camca ten esen vanilla

Cara

1.        Biskut marie dipatah 4.
2.        Guna api kecil utk cairkan butter.
3.        Masukkan susu pekat dan air panas. Didihkan dan kacau perlahan-lahan.
4.        Masukkan serbuk koko. Kacau hingga sebat dan pekati. Masukkan esen vanilla.
5.        Didihkan selama 5 minit.
6.        Angkat dan sejukkan 2-3 minit.
7.        Masukkan biskut marie ke dalam sos coklat tadi. Gaul rata.
8.        Masukkan dalam acuan dan tekan sehingga padat.
9.        Sejukkan semalaman.
10.       Kalau nak potong, keluarkan dari fridge dan biarkan 1 jam sebelum dipotong.

dah lama buat, baru nak tepek sini.....tak ingat resipi siapa tapi tak silap daun_kesum kot......
okay, sedap....
pas ni nak try resipi achik-yaya pulak k....

mlm td buat kek batik selepas katam thread ni..menjadi, elok je cuma bila makan tu rs butter..masin sket...mungkin sbb susu kurang..resepi kata 1/2 tin..tp sy letak 1/2 cawan...dah siap masuk loyang baru perasan silap susu tuh...
mlm ni nak wat lg..sbb sy mmg suka kek batik ni..sll beli je...thanks pd sume yg share resepi...

semalam ubiat kek batik resepi acik yaya..

pagi tadi potong2 la.. tapi sos coklat tu tak beku la... tak mengeras.. tapi melembik...

napa jadik cenggitu?

tapi lembik2 pon ku makan pakai sudu sebab sedappppppp.....

balik karang baru nak snap gambo, tadi terlupa...

alamak..korg buat mmg jadi mcm biskut lah...msti keras kan...mak aku buat mmg jd kek....kire kua dr fridge, lembut je mkn...sbb mak aku asal srwak...so expert lah buat kek srwak...jd kek batik ni pon die buat ala2 mcm keke srwak...lembut...aku xgemar pon biskut batik tu..aku pnggil biskut sbb die keras...mcm mkcik aku buat...nk potong, masyaAllah, boley patah pisau..pulak tu die tmbah letak kacang plak...mmg lah sedap, tp xsyok mkn sbb keras and pecah....mak aku kalo msk, die letak dlm loyang....

masa kita sekolah dulu minat sgt ngan kek batik ni...kalau ada kwn bawa bekal kek batik kt sekolah sure habis punye....cikgu pun mkn sama....masa tu tk ramai org tau resipi kek ni...
tp skang ni rasa muak dah...org jual kek batik pun ramai....seskali rasa nk mkn kita beli je seringgit dua kt psr mlm...
