Aku target next year sambung renovation rumah phase 3... pindah gym & studio dancing tingkat atas, family hall, extend master bedroom, extend walk in wardrobe & alih bilik air..
Phase 4 renovation tahun 2026.... nak extend library tingkat atas and extend bilik anak i with adjacent bilik air... |

Siss teh, i ok jah niaga shopee tu. Payment semua ok jah. Cuma utk payment under cod ja la skrg tu duit tak msk dlm kiraan escrow, so susah nk congak berapa actual sales. Bila customer bayo baru msk kiraan escrow.
I cuma stress COD takleh nk opt out. Nyampah dgn customer cod, so far customer cod adalah yg paling sampah sekali (not all tapi ada jah yg begitu. Sudah order tanak terima brg, atau sudah order cod tiba2 ko takde kat rumah). |
