huhuhu....tingin nak gi gym sbb nak tingkatkan stamina badan yg lemah ni...heee xde masa la huhuhu....dulu keje berjaya utk staff rm25 je dpt access gym spot toto.huhuhu

Dah skip gym 4 bulan..kt paha dah nmpk ade shpe yg x diingini..
Ni nk start gym semula memandangkn kt kawasan me dah ade buka gym..kalu x kne gi gym yg jauh tu..

for me gym mmg is the best way
dulu byk masa mmg seminggu 3-4 kali g gym
semua kelas join...dengan yoga tarian pastu rpm class
rpm class tu best giler(miss a lot)
tapi pastu keje bertimbun start bergym kat rumah je
papepun kat memane sekalipun kene disiplin
cuma if kat gym tgk instructor
tgk org body cantik mmg berkobar smgt nak senaman kan

Saya buat kickboxing di gym. Most gyms dah ada punching bag, belasahlah sampai lebam. Saya bawa set glove dan handwrap sendiri, lagi intense dari masuk kelas combat ramai sebab ini memang betul2 pukul punching bag.

Sekarang CHI Fitness, The Strand, Kota Damansara ada Groupon offer rm58 utk 1 bulan. Sekarang saya guna groupon CF 1U. Habis ni, kesana la kita )) Chi pun ada punching bag.

cikpinkish g gym seminggu 6x...dgn incik abi... kalau pergi sorang semngat xsama kalau pergi berpartner..sebab ade masa2 akan rasa malas, xde strengh and xfokus

tea suka join classes kat gym.. cam yoga, bodypump, bodyvive, dancing shbam, bodystep, bodycombat, freestyle aerobic etc... bila join classes & ramai kawan2 gymmers & instructors.. mmg rasa seronok & more motivated. kalo ada instructor pun better, sbb masa awal2 join gym, diroang byk betulkan posture & position, so that kita workout tu betul2 effective & achieve target.

lepas tu kalo nak bantai buat sendiri pakai machine ke ape lantak le kan.. janji teknik dah betul... kalo teknik salah... nanti sakit lutut, target area berlainan..

smlm join zumba dekat chi fitness, encorp the strand..lama xberzumba tercungap2 .haha

anyway bkn senang nk dpt shape yg diingini, cikpinkish da bergelumang degan dunia gym 10 tahun genap tahun ni.dari 18tahun .hazabedahhh bukan senang ye, gaya hidup sihat penting. but but but...please dgn cara sihat, no slimming2 pil jgn malas bersukan, tekat and usaha 2 perkara membawa kejayaan

Admit gym byk mengubah bentuk badan I. Dulu tak percaya pd exercise. Dan tak suka pun exercise ni. Penat! dan tak nampak pape kesan pon. Hanya letih! letih! I lebih rela abiskan duit beli product2 perlangsingan dan berlapar. Pernah juga berat turun akibat tindakan sebegini (product perlangsingan @ berlapar), tapi tak sehebat perasaannya dgn penurunan akibat exercise. You could feel your body strong, firm, mind-active and slim at same time. And u tak kan berlapar. Sangat2 best rasa tu. Badan u automatic jadi balance everything because your body posteur dah dibetulkan. Semua rakan2 tegur body I Nampak lain. Even ada yg salah org bila tgk I dr belakang. Igt org lain yg lebih slim dr I. Sedangkan I sendri tak perasan waktu tu. Now I dah percaya...
Now, dah setahun lebih, maybe dah 2 thn lebih I tinggalkan gym. Rasa guilty sgt menghantui diri ni setiap hari sebenarnya.. body muscles I masih mengekalkan komposisinya, cuma lemak sudah mula meluaskan jajahannya Setuju dengan built muscle membantu utk pembakaran kalori, kerana muscle yg pernah dibina 2thn lepas ni sedikit sebyk membantu melambatkan menambahan lemak dan berat badan I. After 2 years, berat I naik 5kg, which is I rasa agak slow dgn my food intake and lifestyle I skrg ni. kalau dulu rasanya 5kilo ni setahun jek

Perlu instructor pada yg:

1.) tiada basic dlm fitness
2.) clueless xtau nk wat yg mana
3.) manja2 bila train sorang, xpush harder
4.) xade semangat dan malas bila train sorang
5.) tak bermotivasi
6.) angan2 mak jenin

mahal dikategorikan pada:

1.) equipment
2.) keluasan gym
3.) Facility
4.) kedudukan gym tersebut
5.) kepopularitian

pendapat cikpinkish around rm170 agak mahal, paling mahal gym setakat ni fitnesfirst which is rm210 skrg diikuti celebrity fitnes

p/s: cikpinkish pnye gym monthly rm139 jekk

plus dari segi pemakanan kena control portion intake. cikpinkish makan xclean pon.

tp jaga dari segi pengambilan carb cth cikpinkish amek brown rice, brown sugar & olive oil
masak semua gril2...
