Urmila Launches 'M' the lifestyle magazine

Urmila was the chief guest as she launched the new lifestyle magazine 'M' in mumbai. The launch started off with a fashion extravaganza with models displaying a skit and aly khan and diana hayden taking the centerstage as host of the show. Urmila later joined in to unveil the magazine and give away the first copy to Mahesh Bhatt and Tarun Tejpal. Also present were Diana Hayden, Aly Khan, Meghna Naidu...  

Will Aishwarya Rai attend Cannes?

The reviews to Aishwarya Rai's 'Mistress of Spices' have been disastrous to say the least and the box-office hasn't said much either. Sadly, the film hasn't been able to do much for Miss Rai's international career that's been waiting to take off for a long time now.

The former beauty queen refused to be a part of any pre-release publicity of the film and failed to attend the film's low-key premiere in Mumbai recently.

What remains to be seen is what impact the failure of 'Mistress of Spices' will have on Jagmohan Mundhra's delayed 'Provoked' (also starring Aishwarya Rai) that has been looking for a buyer for a while now.

'Provoked' will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival in the hope that a responsible distributor picks up the title and gives it a good enough release. Ash and Nandita Das are expected to attend the screening at Cannes.

We wonder if Ash will be "provoked" after being the mistress of spices!  

Bipasha looking for a bitch

The funny aspect of the number is it will have Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal as shaking their legs with Dia. Dia Mirza makes a special appearance in this film.

Two Bongshells Bipasha Basu and Rimmi Sen play female leads, however they have not been featured in the number.

This sequel to 'Hera Pheri' is soon to release in theatres.

Akshaye-Aishwarya together?

Akshaye Khanna and Aishwarya Rai to play together again after 'Taal'! As per latest, actor Anil Kapoor's home production has all to cast the duo in its next. Anil himself will also play a pivotal role in the film.

Director Anees Bazmee of 'No Entry' fame will direct it. However on asked, Anees denied the news. "I'm scripting the film for sure, but not directing it," clarified Anees.
Rumour is there, a new director duo may direct the film. The film's title, as well as the remaining starcast is yet to fix.

Kareena dreams to work with Karishma!

The younger sibling of Karishma expressed hope that one day she will share screen space with Lolo.

In a recent interview, Kareena said she has no dream role, but she always dreams to work with Karishma, however it's not fulfilled yet. "It'll be a dream-come-true to work with Karishma and share the same frame with her. I'm sure it will happen one day," said Kareena.

In another question, Kareena confirmed her patch-up with director Karan Johar. Also she confirmed, she is doing a film with him. However she declined to divulge anything more about it. "I can't talk about it yet, as nothing is confirmed, but what is important is that Karan and I are friends now. I don't want anything to come between Karan and me. "Glam to me is simplicity," actor John Abraham said on getting the award for Glam Filmstar (Male) at Tuscan Verve Zoom Glam Awards, held recently in Mumbai's Hilton Towers.
