yes patuh syariah... i pun asal2 skeptical, tp i masuk rm100 je per month masa awallll dulu, then slowly increase 200-400 sebulan... tengok cam best jerr return so far... my friends ramai dah redeem mana yang dah masuk lagi awal since early last year... dah redeem few times... this is legal investment tool lah..

they're used to be in my close circle.. i tak bergaul sgt dgn orang luar dari circle i, dah berbelas2 tahun.. even family adik i pun same circle dengan i... cuma when he quits working with the company (kitorang both dpt biasiswa dan mula kerja dengan company yang sama je), dia lebih byk bergaul dgn orang luar... so i yang lebih lama terjebak dalam sindrom HENRY... kehidupan i yang dulu, dengan excolleagues, breakfast paling busuk everyday is san francisco, starbucks, coffee bean set or old town (RM20-30 per pax)... lunch o'briens, chakri, or salads at cold storage or isetan (RM 30 - 50 per pax)... dinner pun of course beli biasa kitorang makan svago, chilis, tony romas, but sometimes we do pergi kedai mamak, or kedai thailand... we seldom cook (weekend je kot)... bayangkan sehari berapa ratus belanja lifestyle.. sorry laa i bukan nak bongak di sini, tp u boleh imagine kot mcmana teruk nya lifestyle i dulu.. mcm confession of a shopaholic plak 
padahal i pun mmg diajar utk menyimpan sejak kecik... masa kecik asal2 dari family B40 je, tp duduk kampung kan, kos sarahidup tak tinggi... so parents ada lah reta nya... masa awal2 kerja setahun dua, i mmg dah membeli beberapa bidang tanah, sbb arwah mak i kerja pejabat tanah, sheols mmg selalu sgt bebel2 suruh i beli asset... then i beli rumah... then sindrom HENRY datang.. mujur lah i cepat sedar beberapa tahun lepas tu... lucky that i still keep my assets... so ada lah beberapa yang i dapat usahakan dan generate income from it.. contoh nya ladang sawit, bina resort, jual rumah and dpt profit margin yang OK....
i remarry someone yang totally out of my circle, but masih sekuffu... tp dia takde sindrom HENRY, and parents dia pulak businessman... i notice the difference between orang makan gaji dengan businessminded ni is COMPLACENCY... sindrom HENRY ni juga disebabkan oleh rasa COMPLACENT yang dah tebal, dan berada dalam COMFORT ZONE sbb income stabil setiap bulan... sbb tu tak takut nak hidup dalam RIBA, hutang CC and segala mak nenek loan

Psl mkn tu, ms mula kenal, u spend rm300 utk lunch kita mkn berdua je kut.
N kite breakfast kt nyonya colors ke apa nm kedai tu, i mmg x leh brain kuih seri muka lbh dr rm1 sekeping. Being org kg, i rase ya Allah sayangnye duit.
Skrg dh lain benar ur lifestyle. #sissujudsyukur, wpun masih beli shampoo sampai 10 botol sekali hangkut. Akak x fhm dek! |

Le creuset tu berat ya rabbi.. i tak join the hype just because its heavy.. tak practical for stor ...
this is what my husband told me. sama je semua, hype je lebih. i ada set corelle kat rumah mmg ringan and senang basuh pinggan. berat2 tu jenuh la nak basuh wlaaupun cantik. corelle tu mmg ada for oven sekali and lighter than le creuset ke? if ada cantik mcm lc boleh opt jugak for corelle, way cheaper than lc. |

thank you!! corelle yg ada tu pun MIL bagi hadiah, yg masak atas stove tu i suka colour2 bila hidang tu mmg pop. nanti i baca and search2, i suka masak so bila hidang tu rasa puas bagi family makan. |

I dah tunjuk sample kat atas.. bunga sama.. yang ada penutup tu bleh masak atas stovetop

Alang2 i dh masuk thread ni. Baru smlm bc 1 artikel. Artikel tu ckp, kalau u umur near 40, gaji u say rm8k + gaji laki u rm8k, jgn rase t20 sgt (dlm kata lain, jgn acah kaya sgt). U shld treat 1 gaji je.
Umur 40 n gaji rm8k x byk mana tu, x berkadar lsg dgn umur. Especially kau hidup lavish. Baik plak jd b40, ssh2 kerajaan byk bg bantuan. T20? Korek saving la zmn covid ni |

Kalo total 16k hidup dlm bandar aiyo... mmg susah lah.. kalo ada byk commitment mmg susah... anak2 dah besar, makin byk makan belanja nak masuk uni
WFH and online platform ni satu nikmat... bleh option duduk hometown, bleh tonedown lifestyle.... menten gaji, tp bleh duduk di area low cost of living.... |

Elok la makan kat rumah, masak sup healthier senang nak control garam (sodium), gula intake...
Bila selalu masak, kita akan create shortcut... contoh masakan yg i slalu buat sbb senang sgt and cepat
1. Masak lemak cilipadi, just blend kunyit, cilipadi, santan, ketuk serai, carik daun kunyit/limau purut, then campak any protein of ur choice and asam keping
2. Sup ayam, daging, (i buat version x tumis)
3. Ayam bakar, daging bakar, ikan bakar (then buat sos thai -garlic, cili, daun ketumbar, serbuk cukup rasa, sugar, air limau.. bertambah2 diorng makan.. makan dgn timun, salad2. I bakar ayam ikan daging dalam slimfry (or airfry je).. marinate dgn kicap abc, sos tiram and minyak masak
4. Goreng2... buat sambal jawa or sambal belacan siap2 dlm botol utk stok seminggu... limau tu just ganti dgn jus limau thailand dlm botol tu, sambal tahan lama.. pairkan dgn ulaman or sayur2 celur je..
5. Utk anak2 biasa nya lunchtime i goreng nasi yg tak pedas... mmg sapsap soi je .. 3 garlic + bawang cincang, masuk serbuk cukup rasa, telur, nasi... kdg i tambah sawi potong kecik.. bayam.. tanam sendiri je ni
6. Patin tempoyak or pais... ikan susu pun takpe .. masak tempoyak ni sama cincai je dengan masak lemak cilipadi... u just blend tempoyak 2 sudu besar, cilipadi/cilimerah, kunyit.. then campak masuk periuk skali ngn ikan.. dah gelegak, masukkan daun kesum, and bunga kantan kalo ade..tambah asam keping kalo pakai tempoyak manis... perasakan garam and ajinomoto.. siap.. pais tu i bakar, just pakai daun kunyit, serai instead of kantan and kesum |

Pada yg give up niaga kecil2an tu, kalau masih minat niaga, usaha cr ur forte.
Kdg2 kite jual bende yg kite suke, tp org x suke pun.
I was lucky ms first pkp, my other half jumpe product yg suit both of us. Sampai skrg sale stable at 6 figures every mth. Niaga shopee je. Sbb x dan dh other platform.
Sblm nk jumpe product yg kena dgn kami, mcm2 la i jual, dpt la income geli2 4-5k. Sambil2. N income ni, i x pernah simpan pun. Tah ke mana i tabur tah.
Bile covid dtg, i was so scared. Firm x leh jln, developer x leh buka ofis (my work related to developer). Senak perut fikir.
N Allah bile dia nk bg, dia bg je. N alhamdulillah sampai saat ni masih Allah izinkan rezeki tu.
Skrg i tgh gile nk jual pokok. Hahahahah. I pernah jual pokok ubi kayu kt shopee! Laku weh! Walhal pokok ubi tu i nk buang dah sbb nk ambik ubinye.
N memandangkan pokok rose jepun i byk, i jual keratan btg pokok rose jepun (rj) i. Yg ni plg mudah jual. Sbb rj ade kelompok peminat dia.
So sisthur semua be it t20, m40, b40, pls believe in 'asal barang jd duit' & sentiasa percaya kalau apa yg kite buat tu blm menjadi, maksudnye blm masanye la tu. Tp jgn la berenti berusaha. |

Kalo asam pedas (ikan, daging tetel or kambing).. gulai2 darat, or kawah... kari2 ala penang (ayam, ikan, kambing, or daging) i biasa buat on weekends je, especially asam pedas, sbb lama nak menumis nya.... kalo masak asam pedas, i akan buat extra portion paste tumisan tu, so that lusa i bleh repeat masak asam pedas pakai paste i buat, just tambah air asam jawa, any protein of choice and bunga kantan, daun kesum later |

haha u buat i lg semangat ngenangkan harganya mmg jauh beza dgn lc and dah boleh masak siap hidang terus. ada alternatif bagus, sebab can get cheaper & berkualiti if nak guna for few years. |

i rasa all your tips dalam ni akan di jotkan dalam buku, sbb mmg membantu. thank u so much for sharing. i think the energy that u gave dalam ni pun semua orang boleh rasa, hence why orang pun nak ikut & amal kan dalam hidup.
kalau fresh seafood, ada tau ke mana2 delivery yg boleh deliver, fresh & harga tak cekik darah sgt? |
