Sit up, crunch dan lompat bintang...lompat bintang memang boleh kurus badan dan kecik kan perut. Sit up dan crunch boleh fit balik perut yg geleber...selain tu kena kontrol makan jgak ye...I dah try..memang berkesan..lain-lain bentuk senaman I tak berapa rajin. .heheh..yg ni je I rajin nak buat

Actually...saya pun tak nak kurus,sangat...sekarang 46...nak turunkan lagi 2-kg je jadi 44kg...sebab sekarang berat 46 kg pun suami kata punggung pipih... (punggung takde)...dada pun tak berapa besar cuma sekarang tgh bf anak setahun 4 bulan...kira ada,isi sikitla kat dada sikitla...sikit je pun...dada tak seksi...

Tinggi lebih kurang, berat badan pon lebih kurang but I am more ‘tebal’ than you

Body fat I lebih. Susahla nak ‘nipis’kan badan. Tengah cuba jaga pemakanan. Sweet tooth tegar.

sukanya benang ni, macam2 tips ade hehe i pon tengah nak kuruskan badan. tinggi 150cm berat dah 59kg
before kawen elok je berat 45kg, now badan bagaikan dipam gituhh
moga misi kali ni berjaya

aku pulak underweight. jenis yang makan kerap tapi kuantiti sedikit.
sekarang tengah cuba untuk amalkan pemakanan sihat untuk jadi normal weight.
tapi so far tak menjadi, hari hari melantak makanan tak berkhasiat/tak ikut jadual.
kadang tengah malam pon g tibai makan nasi.
air kosong pon kurang. minum lebih segelas rasa nak muntah.
nasi hari hari.tapi portion sesenduk je sebab memang xleh nk telan lebih dari tu.
nasi malam je.
kalau tak makan nasi as dinner nanti tengah-tengah malam menggagau cari fast food/junk food.
pagi memang tak makan langsung.
tengahari makan buah @ fast food @junk food jugak.
kadang-kadang kalau malam sebelum tak makan nasi, so tengahari makan nasi.
kesan daripada kurang makan ni aku jadi banyak angin dalam badan.
so siapa kata kurus tu sihat.LOL.
camne eh nak cekalkan hati ni untuk makan sihat?
