maklang suka buat donut-suria sbb donut lembut sampai ke petang.Masa kat kg hari tu, 3 hari berturut dok buat donut...adik ipar kata sedap, siap mintak resepi lagi.Biras kata lain rasa donut yg maklang buat compare ngan dia punya...biras punya letak kentang yg dilecek, guna yis basah..tak taulah biras maklang suka ke idak utk buat jualan.

Pagi tadi terasa nak makan donut sesangat so terus bukak pc....tengok resipi donut kat cari ni....

Maka sayugia terjumpalah resipi k.liza tp ita tak guna tepung cam dalam resipi k.liza...ita olah sikit pakai high protein flour + superfine flour.....jgn mareee ya k.liza...

Ita hanya buat 1/2 adunan dr resipi asal sbb takut tak jadi tp Alhamdulillah...jadikkkk....lembut gebu jerrr....(sambil menaip ni pun sambil :kunyah: donut...ahakks)

Ni la gambar2 dia w/pun agak comot sikit salutan gula sbb nak cepat nak antar anak gi skolah pulak

bestnya tengok gambo2 donut ni....dah lama tak buat donut ni...last buat dulu guna resepi Kak Noor....kali ni nak try resepi donut Suria lak....ingat nak buh bluberi filling ahh...

nak tanya kalau ikut resepi sifu suria tu kena perap 1/2 jam tapi kalau perap lama boleh tak mcm kita uli waktu mlm pagi esok baru goreng ?

maklang selalu buat camni, maklang goreng separuh masak dulu sebelah malam....pehtu esok pagi gorenglah sampai kekuningan...

goreng separuh tu maksud dia goreng biar dia kembang masa putih2 lagi tu pastu angkat ker maklang??

kalau dah goreng separuh msk nak simpan mcm mana kena tutup dalam bekas or tutup sket2 ke mcm letak bwh tudung saji je  ke cehh byk pulak soklan aku nih

klu nak grg esok pagi... letak jek atas meja tutup tudung saji (but make sure jgn bg tau anak2...kang diorg mkn plak.. hehehe..).. klu nak simpan lagi lama...masuk dlm tupperware bubuh dlm

bg aku...donut suria ni utk org2 yg nak cepat....nak cepat siap..dan nak cepat makan..ahakss..
so donut suria ni adalah donut yg paling suitable for me..yg dok sokmo mengejar masa ni..

haah ek maklang..camno goreng half cooked tu
wa kalu masak donut..baru masukkan donut yg ke 3...donut yg 1st tu dah kecoklatan dah..
padahal..api dah den kocikkan dah...adoiilaa

cuba masukkan sebelum minyak really hot..
make sure api medium....

pastu jangan tinggalkan kuali kesaorangan...
hahhahaha...

kena tenguk lah..dan terbalikkan selau once dah nampak macam nak kuning tu...

Dah kembang sekembang kembang nya......jadi lembek maaaa.
Kalau perap 30 minit pun.....biler goreng dah bley jadi 'double decker' :cak:
