my pavlova....1st time cuba....tak menahan sbb teringat2 pavlova yg kat serai punya...so terpaksa memaksakan diri try this recipe from irma.....

Tak jumpa stoberi...so buh anggur & kiwi jerlah....dah tak sabo punya pasal....

masa baru2 masak tu daku cuba lah rasa dulu...alamak melekit melekat sume ada tak mcm yg kat serai....

BUT bila makan the next day...perghhhhhhh crispy dan cair di mulut.....ummmmphh yummy...

Kesimpulannya...kena makan the next day baru sedap...

I used non-dairy whipping cream....some said fresh krim....rasanya sama jer kot....

sedapnya..cantik..pernah baca dlm buku tips baking, katanya pavlova yg dibakar elok, haruslah putih, tidak hangus, u guna suhu oven berapa and api bawah sahaja ke? nmpk mcm guna dairy whipping cream, cam kuning2 sket, kalu non-dairy..putih, ye tak??

Saya guna api bawah sahaja, suhu 130C selama 1 jam 15 minit, bila dah cukup masa saya rasa kalau tak melekit tu saya offkan oven, dan biarkan pavlova dalam oven selama satu jam dengan pintu oven tu terbuka sikit.

Pasal whipping cream tu tak tahu pulak diary/non-diary sbb kat sini dia tak de tulis diary/non diary. main belasah aje... heheheheheh

yg dairy, saya perasan dia tak tulis kot dairy, cam anchor, arla, emborg..dan lebih mahal dari non dairy whip cream..non dairy ada kt kedai bakeri je cam Vivo, Rich

azzu, saya guna resepi irmalondon, tapi saya gandakan adunan nya. lepas tu saya bakar guna api bawah sahaja selama 1 jam 15 minit atau sampai tak melekit dgn suhu 130c
