Ladies, ada nak tanya ni. How is your workout regime during Ramadan? I finish work at 8pm everynight ...
I workout in the morning during ramadhan ni...
sementara ade lg tenaga after sahur kan...
mcm pg tadi.. I reached the gym around 7:15..
then buat mountain climb 30 secs, crunches 20, leg raise 20 & step on board 20 = 4 rounds...
dlm 20 mins siap la 4 rounds ni.. I buat slow & steady.. x rush... gilerr ape... buat nyerr ku merangkak kehausan... camna.. hahaha... |

Tak tau pulak kita kena eat clean kalau nak loose the fat... ingat portion control sahaja... patut la tak de progress and saya belum start apa2 regimen exercise pun... hanya plan saje... buatnye entah bila.... |

Soalan cepu emas..... bole ke my tummy elastik balik sekiranya i loose weight? Try google solutionnya satu jer tummy tuck...... eeei tak maula... satu sakit..n mahal kan..... |

My workout start jam 8:50 pm sehingga 10 pm this ramadan ... Lepas lifting weight jer, mandi terus tidur

i workout 30mins sebelum berbuka
buat ringan2 je
so far hari ke 5 puasa
dah lost 2kg
tapi tengok body cam sama je
air je kot
nanti2 la nak amek ukuran
nak hilang 10kg
tapi kalau 5kg pon okeh dah
berbuka mostly dgn oat, brown rice dan wholegrain bread
semoga istiqomah

yup.. kedutan n flabby.....
Flabby tue akan tight by itself after kita lost fat kat tummy area. But kedutan tue ... myself also still puzzle coz I have it too ... it still there even my abs shown some muscle |

Hi Mutia. u do weights wth dumbell ke. do u see any video or utube masa buat wkout. i tak pandai. takut salah teknik. so i choose treadmill je walking..tp tak turun2
i like ur clean eating. i mmg slow buat last 2 months. tp skrg puasa hancur...
i buka puasa minum air suam je. no juice or ice. makan kuih 2 hingga 3 ketul..thats it tak leh makan dah |

opkos dear with protein
u agak2 kann
mampu tak i hilangkan at least 2kg seminggu
senaman 30 min sebelum berbuka tu bukan everyday
kalau larat je i buat
