Ross, kalau you serious nak jual rumah you in future, then you ambil bank loan, jgn lupa tentang downpayment 4% cash (this year) from the price of the house that you're buying, ok! Next yr will be 6%, 8% & they will stop till 10%....

so far, alhamdullilah, i like the area & the neighbour is nice...at the moment blom nak jual, kalau diizinkan allah, i nak stay put kat sini ajer..sayang dgn rumah ni..cuma lagi tinggal 15 tahun jer loan rumah..lepas tu dah takyah fikirkan tentang hutang lagi... |

Memang betul SC. Chic pun sama. Tak sangguplah nak ambik reno loan. Duit untuk bayar reno tu boleh pakai untuk other things yg lebih mustahak. Masa Chic mula2 pindah dulu pun sama. Cuma ada bedroom set aje. Tv letak atas lantai aje dulu.
Ni Chic nak citer sikit. My aunty satu baru beli rumah pat Woodlands. 5 room flat for 270K or something like that. The reno is superb lah. Toilet dia punya lah cantik, very ethnic. The owner young couple. Apparently they spent 100+K for the reno, tak mampu nak bayar. So they had to let go the flat ASAP to clear the reno. Mula2 Chic ingatkan that couple young professionals lah, tu sebab berani buang that kinda money on reno. Sekali bukan. The guy despatch ke apa, and the wife sales asst. They were living beyond their means... |

heheh...Aries tak ingat lah ross blok brapa...tapi very near to the field yg dorang nak buat polyclinic & library tu....
Ross...ross....masa Aries survey tu, Aries belum pun kenal dgn you....masa tu tak salah bulan Mei....Masa nak beli rumah tu dekat 30 rumah, me & my husband pergi survey....mcm nak give up pun ada....then at last jumpalah rumah idaman kami....dapat tingkat tinggi & also tak yah renovate langsung....very very worth....:bgrin: |

smlm me ke best denki kat IMM... ternampak ade this latest tv.. dia bukan plasma or projection tv.. but is called DLP TV.. harga dia abt $3599.. lastest model.. dia punya color is much better than plasma.. & can last long.. |

hoooo dah malam cam gini , jiran sebelah rumah aku kecoh lak.....
aku rasa owner dia gi sewa the whole house kat msian ke PRC workers la...and then ni jiran yang tinggal kat bawah, nyonya ngan maid dia pegi ketuk rumah dia...
cakap air con leaking dah teruk, tiap2 malam2 bunyi tok tok tok, air menitis kat unit aircon dia kot...
siap bawak evidence lagi tuala basah....
then aku nengok jiran2 sebelah tu mula2 tak happy, sampai cakap pasal kamera evidence smua, then nyonya ni cam cakap " kita berjiran, aku tak mau komplen town council, cakap kat ko dulu"...
so then nengok dah berunding cara baik, tadi cam nak gaduh...
aircon leak ni kan, problem besar...pasal kadang2 tingkat 10 bocor, air aircon dia kena kat tingkat 8, tapi tingkat 8 tuduh air con tingkat 9 yang bocor, lepas tu nak tangkap evidence susah....
aircon bukak waktu malam, by kul 7 pagi dah switch off, kalo orang HDB pegi cek pun lepas kul 8 pagi, smua dah takde air menitik lagi......
boleh gaduh2 jiran pasal some of them tak tahu maintain aircon....causing nuisance. |

hai mlm2 tu buat apalah dorang bikin bising.. tak terpk ke dorang yg ade besok nak keje, sekolah..
ha'ah dep.. bukan pasal air aircon menitis aje... mcm neighbour aku kat bawah & atas.. dorang punya air-con bunyi bising.. nasib baik aku kalo tido.. semua tingkap aku tutup.. no so badlah the noise.. kalo tak memang aku tak bleh tido..:ah: |

that's why me tak sanggup nak tinggal on mid floors....kena neighbours pekak badak....you hidup tak tenteram....
dulu my neighbour kat atas pun sama....kain baju yang masih basah dorang jemor kat luar...kepala wotak betul...takkan tak tau ayer menitis kat baju orang kat bawah.
kadang2 dorang gambling tarok meja kat passage way....gambling sampai besok pagi....
ada pulak,balik pukul satu dua pagi,bukak gate besi punya lah bising....
sian betul..kena neighbours macam gini... |
