Ni resepi dari kotak Tepung Pau Blue Key so masuk kategori pau jugaklah kot. Resepi asal namanya Roll Kelapa. Tapi inti tu maisya tukar kepada peanut butter.

inti kaya ni kalau gi kedai yg jual bahan2 kek biasa nyer ada jer inti kaya sedia utk di guna....jgn kata inti kaya..inti kacang hitam pon ada....saya biasa guner inti kacang yg ready made tue....senang ...hehehe....

Bukangnya apa, saya ni ingat lagi masa kerja kat kedai roti Sweden dulu lah masa muda-muda dulu. Dia ambik inti kacang ready made daripada Apek pakai seluar katok. Dok lalu eh tengok apek tu. Inti kacang tu come kilat weh. Tapi cara dia buat bersih ke dok.. .. allahualam. Saya minat benor makang inti kaya wak selet kat roti. Masa kecik-kecik dulu ada Bai jual roti pakai junjung tu.. Kaya dia buat sendiri. Kuning transparent. Sedap. Ade le nenek saya mintak cara nak buat dengan dia... tapi dok jadilah.

last week wat pau... guna resepi kat tepung pau blue key.. mmg wokey lerr.. putih n gebu pau rimbun. baru wat separuh.. this week wat lg separuh kut.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM SEMUA.....nak mencelah sikit......

Semalam buat pau inti kacang merah resepi Kak Liza.....rasa dah ok, tapi
Kenapa bila dah angkat tudung kukus...pau tu jadi bekedut2 tak licin cam kat kedai ek????????????????  

Adakah sebab terlalu lama dikukus?

Pakar2 sekelian tolong kasih tau.....tqvm

Cantiknya pau. Putih dan gebusss....

I buat pau inti kentang dgn daging hari ni tapi kaler dia tukar jadi brown skit. Mungkin sebab taruk rice vinegar instead of white vinegar. Tapi pau ni kekal lembut walau taruk kat dapur yg beraircond 24 hours....

masa bulatkan tu skin dia sudah smooth ke tidak?  selalunya kalau tak smooth, masaknya pun tak smooth..... pernah buat dulu, buat asal bulat....hancur
