I had meet Jebat Sensei and Efy Sensei at Sri Permaisuri located MA and Fitness Center, thanks to Jebat Sensei for your volunteery conservation with me. Jebat Sensei is now quite busy for update latest news of AYS, perhaps that he is disable to gives replies to all folks at here. Actually that while, i was take dinner at coffee shop behind that dojo because my mum didn't cook.

Due to less peoples keiko there, i decide to support that dojo and also will feel my free time to buy Bokkaido Judo gi set at Oriental shop. That Karate gi can easily damaged while keiko, so that i would like to advise you all to wear Judo gi set for keiko.

That's all!

Can you give me details of aikido course's cost. The fee, uniform etc. want to see if my budget now can fit in aikido. last time was tight, I had to forget the idea. Now quite okay.

That is depend to which Aikido dojo you do attend, i'm not so sure regarding uniform because i'm usually buy uniform set from outlet. That Karate uniform set is RM60 and for Judo is RM240 (by Oriental Shop, somewhere near Leisure Mall), i bought Judo uniform set because Karate shirt will damaged in anytime of practice. (but beginner is doesn't matter with Karate uniform)

Last Saturday was  my 1st time been to current Shudokan HQ beside The Mines and opposite KTM, bigger than Serdang Perdana located old HQ and more flexible. I had saw very much sets of gi hanged at dojo behind, but don't belief yet that dojo has laundry service for Aikidoka. Ramlan Sensei says that his own teaching is different from that while already, he did very fierce like tiger because those Aikidokas were as slow (or tortoise) snails with their motions. (I'm exactly included)

Finally, i got grading form from receiption and have an opportunity for 1st ever grading of Yoshinkan in next sunday. I want red belt!!!

Hmph ... If you want red belt, go and buy it at the store. ;)

Those who are interested about Yoshindan Akikido, there will be a demonstration in Sunway Pyramid at this Sunday (July 2, 2006) from 2.00 - 6.00 in the afternoon. Come and see. And try not to block other people's car. <_<

Hmm ... I wonder if they have demo on Sword practise also. :hmm:

Saya amat meminati philosophy Aikido. Dalam Karate-Do, dalam Silat Melayu, Judo dan Jujitsu sememangnya wujud konsep SEPERTI BULUH YANG DITIUP ANGIN. Anda menggunakan daya dan kekuatan lawan untuk menjatuhkan lawan.

- Adakah semua teknik Aikido mengunci lawan di tanah? Dalam Silat Melayu dan Karate-Do, membanting/baling/jatuhkan lawan bukanlah wajib.
- Saya nampak Aikido tidak akan menyekat pergerakan serangan lawan, malahan Aikido 'menyambung' gerakan lawan dan menggunakan pergerakan yang sedia ada untuk menjatuhkan lawan.

Cara Aikido membanting/membaling lawan adalah unik dan nampak cool sekali, berlainan sengan Silat Melayu yang nampak ganas dan bahaya.

Finally, Ramlan Sensei gives me Red Belt. That isn't so easy for that red belt, i was too tense until mistake happend. This is really my 1st exprience in Yoshinkan, but still smoothly past. My next target is Orange Belt, i will try to catch Shomen Uchi Ikkajo (1 & 2) and Katate Mochi Shiho Nage (1 & 2) hardly.

Memang derita sedikit semasa praktis dengan Ramlan Sensei dekat Shudokan HQ, attidute Ramlan Sensei ini sangat serious. Gerakan lambat sikit kena tengking pula (cepat!!! cepat!!! cepat!!!), pasal kita orang mesti mempunyai qualiti praktis yang bagus. Satu kali saya praktis tegatana dengan Ramlan Sensei, tangannya keras seperti besi! Sebenarnya, Ramlan Sensei sangat sporting, friendly lagi angin sangat baik. Ramlan Sensei bukanlah memarah trainee sesuka hati, melainkan kesilapan berlaku di dalam dojo.

Nasib baik saya praktis di Sri Permaisuri, Sri Permaisuri bukanlah intense sangat seperti Shudokan HQ. Tapi janganlah bermain dengan Efy Sensei sekali, kalau tidak masuk hospital pun tanpa sebab.
