So far x pnh lg jumpa drebar grab yg rude..yg ter ...

Tulah..so far semua okay..first time i encounter driver camtuh..truma i kejap.. so i ambil taxi biasa the next day... i naik this cab..old skol taxi..i tanya dia naper tak drive untuk grapcar...dia kata tak reti gadget yang canggih...he dah 71 tahun dan seorang duda...anak lelaki sorang but isteri ambil waktu he bercerai dan dah 40 tahun tak jumpa his son...he tak tau mana nak cari...so sad..

Sis bleh hantar email to grabcar
Sbb meols pun penah dpt driver yg hauk... Lps tu meols sent email to grabcar and e lain details and provide to them all the car details, time, date, day,  etc and mmg grabcar management diorg reply and take note
Siap ckp yg diorg takkan compromise dgn driver yg hauk and they will take charge to d driver by terminating his service

I dah receive email dari pihak grabcar about my complain...derang minta maaf dan akan hantar driver berkenaan for futher training..   ayat pemanis saja..but okay lah hopefully they advice the driver to be more civil dengan penumpang...   kasian kalau penumpang lain kena...
