Hong kong ni besar juga. Tapi kenapa tak buat rumah dekat kawasan lain. Semua nak bertumpu ke bandar je. Tua2 pun duduk bandar. Kalau pergi sana, jalan sehari pun dah cukup kot. Baik tidur di shenzhen. |

tiada chinkies dalam main list, tapi chola nya ada.
itu pun jauh di belakang beberapa generasi selepas brown people.

Hong Kong August home prices post biggest monthly drop since February

HONG KONG (Sept 30): Private home prices in Hong Kong fell 1.1% in August, their biggest monthly drop since February, official data by the Rating and Valuation Department showed on Wednesday, as the financial centre was hit by a new wave of coronavirus infections.
The drop last month compared to a 0.5% fall in July, and wiped out the gains so far this year. Prices in one of the world's most expensive property markets had been resilient despite the Covid-19 outbreak and political uncertainties, supported by strong demand and low interest rates.
Property agents had expected a bigger fall in prices in August, due to a lag effect, after the city was hit by a new wave of coronavirus cases in July, suppressing housing transaction volumes.
But the volumes picked up this month after the government eased some social distancing measures since the beginning of the month. They were forecast to be 25% higher in September than August, according to realtor Centaline.
Property developers have also sped up new launches over the weekend, selling a total of 330 new flats in two days, according to local media reports, the highest since June.

Hotel pun antara termahal di dunia kot. Biasa2 pun seribu hengget semalam.

boss cost controller i yg base kt China, baru beli rumah... 2 juta duit malaysia. tp rumah i lg besar. i punya 970sf, boss i 850sf. pdhl i level exec je... mmg rasa kesian, kerje mcm nk gila...tp rumah besar tu je.
but he said, he's totally fine...sbb anak sorg je. so rasa heaven sgt dah katanya.

org msia suka sgt stay situ.. ruginya satu mlm rm500 dpt gitu je? aku awal2 dah set nk hotel besar sket sbb pikir ruang solat.. so aku stay area wan chai n jordan street.. satu mlm rm400 lebeh dpt bilik hotel yg standard biasa la besarnya..

Sama jer memana, sbb accessibility lah....kat Msia pun camtu gak....sebesar2 tanah kat Pahang, Sarawak, Sabah etc yet pembangunan tetap tertumpu kat Klang Valley..... |
